Claims (9)
- ケース、蓋板、第1の電池ポスト、第2の電池ポスト、及び、電極体を含む、電池セルであって、
前記ケースは開口を有し、前記蓋板は前記開口を覆い、前記電極体は前記ケース内に配置され、
前記蓋板は蓋板本体と、前記蓋板本体の外面に対して内向きに凹んだキャビティ部とを含み、
前記第1の電池ポストは前記キャビティ部に収容され、前記電極体の第1の電極タブは前記第1の電池ポストに電気的に接続され、
前記第2の電池ポストは前記蓋板本体に電気的に接続され、前記電極体の第2の電極タブは前記蓋板本体に電気的に接続されており、
前記電極体は、拡張端を有する電極体本体を含み、
前記拡張端には、電池ポスト適用領域と、容量拡張領域とが設けられ、前記容量拡張領域は前記電池ポスト適用領域に対して突出し、前記電池ポスト適用領域は前記容量拡張領域に対して凹んでおり、それによって電池ポスト取付空間を形成し、前記第1の電池ポストは前記キャビティ部を貫通し、前記電池ポスト適用領域に向かって延び、前記第1の電池ポストは少なくとも部分的に前記電池ポスト取付空間に設けられ、前記容量拡張領域は前記蓋板本体と位置合わせされ、前記第2の電池ポストは前記蓋板本体上の前記容量拡張領域に対応する位置に設けられる、
電池セル。 - 前記電池ポスト適用領域は前記容量拡張領域により取り囲まれる、
請求項1に記載の電池セル。 - 前記キャビティ部は、管状側壁と環状底壁を含み、前記第1の電池ポストは前記管状側壁に突入し、前記環状底壁を貫通する、
請求項2に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1の電池ポストと前記管状側壁の間に充填物が設けられる、
請求項3に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1の電極タブは前記電池ポスト適用領域に位置し、前記第2の電極タブは前記容量拡張領域に位置する、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1の電極タブは前記電極体本体と一体成形され、前記第2の電極タブは前記電極体本体と一体成形される、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記キャビティ部の内側に前記第1の電池ポストと接続されたインナーリードが設けられ、前記第1の電池ポストは前記インナーリードにより前記第1の電極タブに電気的に接続される、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルを含む、
電池モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の電池モジュールを少なくとも1つ含む、
