Claims (7)
- 軸の中心線回りの回転動力伝達の断続を行う遠心クラッチであって、
クラッチドラムの内周面に圧接される複数のクラッチシューと、
前記各クラッチシューを回動自在に支持する複数の軸支部材と、
前記各軸支部材の頭部と前記クラッチシューとの間に挿入される挿入部を有する押え部材と、を備え、
前記押え部材は複数の前記挿入部を連結する連結部を有し、前記挿入部および前記連結部が前記軸の方向に湾曲し、
前記押え部材は、両端の前記挿入部から前記連結部の全体に渡って湾曲している遠心クラッチ。 - 請求項1に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記挿入部および前記連結部が前記軸の方向の前記クラッチシュー側に向かって凸状に湾曲している遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記挿入部および前記連結部が前記軸の方向における前記軸支部材の頭部側に向かって凸状に湾曲している遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項2または3に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記挿入部は、前記軸支部材が挿通する挿通孔を有している遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項2または3に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記挿入部は、前記軸支部材の外周における前記軸心寄りの一部分に沿った円弧部分を有する遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記軸支部材の前記頭部と前記クラッチシューとの隙間寸法Gに対し、前記押え部材の板厚Tが0.4G〜0.6Gである遠心クラッチ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の遠心クラッチにおいて、前記各軸支部材の軸心間の距離Dに対し、湾曲する前記挿入部および前記連結部の曲率半径Rが2D〜4Dである遠心クラッチ。
