Description
− 2つの同心一次シャフトであって、2つの一次シャフト間の第1の連結手段が少なくとも3つの位置、電気駆動機をホイールに接続している機構からヒートエンジンが外れている位置、ヒートエンジンが、電気駆動機からの特別の関与の有無に関わらずホイールを駆動する位置、またはヒートエンジンと電気駆動機とが、これらのトルクをホイールの方へ付加するために連結される位置、を占めることができる、2つの同心一次シャフトと、
− 車両のホイールに接続されている二次シャフトであって、前記シャフト上に2つの二次ピニオンのうちのどちらかを接続することができる第2の連結手段を支持する、二次シャフトと
を含む、ハイブリッドトランスミッションに関する。
− ヒートエンジンが、電気機械7をホイールに接続している機構から外される(位置1)
− ヒートエンジンが、電気駆動機からの特別の関与の有無に関わらずホイールを駆動する(位置2)、および
− ヒートエンジンと電気機械7とが、これらのトルクをホイールの方へ付加するために連結される(位置3)。
Claims (8)
- ヒートエンジン(2)と電気駆動機(7)とが設けられている、自動車用のハイブリッドトランスミッションであって、
2つの同心一次シャフト(1、6)であって、前記2つの同心一次シャフト(1、6)間の第1の連結手段(5)が少なくとも3つの位置、前記電気駆動機(7)をホイールに接続している機構から前記ヒートエンジン(2)が外れている位置、前記ヒートエンジン(2)が、前記電気駆動機(7)からの特別の関与の有無に関わらず前記ホイールを駆動する位置、および前記ヒートエンジン(2)と電気駆動機(7)とが、これらのトルクを前記ホイールの方へ付加するために連結される位置、を占めることができる、2つの同心一次シャフト(1、6)と、
前記車両の前記ホイールに接続されている二次シャフト(10)であって、この前記シャフト上に2つの二次ピニオン(11、12)のうちのどちらかを接続することができる第2の連結手段(13)を支持する、二次シャフト(10)と、
前記トランスミッションにエンジントルクまたは抵抗トルクを供給することができる付加電気機械(18)に接続されている付加シャフト(17)と、
を含む、ハイブリッドトランスミッションにおいて、
前記一次シャフト(1)は、前記付加シャフト(17)に接続されている固定歯部(16)を支持し、
前記付加シャフト(17)は、前記付加シャフト(17)上の2つのステップダウンピニオン(19、21)、およびこれらのステップダウンピニオン(19、21)のどちらかと前記付加シャフト(17)とを回転して接続することを可能にする第3の連結手段(22)を支持し、
前記第3の連結手段(22)は、前記一次シャフト(1)を前記固定歯部(16)およびステップダウンピニオン(19)を介して前記付加シャフト(17)に接続していることを特徴とする、
ハイブリッドトランスミッション。 - 第1のステップダウンピニオン(21)が前記付加電気機械(18)から前記二次シャフト(10)の方への前記トルクの伝達を確実にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記第1のステップダウンピニオン(21)は、前記一次シャフト(1)上で回転しているアイドラピニオン(3)により前記二次シャフト(10)上の二次ピニオン(14)を駆動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 第2のステップダウンピニオンが、前記付加電気機械(18)と前記ヒートエンジン(2)に接続されている前記一次シャフト(1)との間の前記トルクの伝達を保証することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記付加電気機械(18)の前記トルクは、前記トランスミッションのハイブリッドモードまたは電気モードのギア全てにおいて、前記駆動機(7)の前記トルクに付加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記付加電気機械(18)は、前記ヒートエンジン(2)のモータエネルギーを前記車両のバッテリ(23)を再充電するための電気エネルギーに変換するために、発電機として機能することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記付加電気機械(18)の前記トルクは、特に前記車両が走行している時に前記ヒートエンジン(2)を始動させるために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記付加電気機械(18)は、前記トランスミッションの電気モードおよびハイブリッドモードにおいて、前記第2の連結手段(13)を有効にしているギア移行中の前記電気駆動機(7)の前記トルクの中断を補償するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
