Description
本発明の一態様を、図1を用いて説明する。図1(A)に示す家屋100は、サーバー120、電気機器200を有する。電気機器200は有線通信回路212を有し、サーバー120と有線LAN125を介して接続される。サーバー120は、通信回路121とコントローラー122を有する。通信回路121は、電話回線やインターネット回線などの電気通信回線を介して、携帯情報端末130と情報を送受信する。情報の送受信は、情報を暗号化して行うことが好ましい。サーバー120は、コントローラー122によって電気機器200の動作を制御し、電気機器200の動作状況を把握することができる。携帯情報端末130は、電気通信回線を介してサーバー120を遠隔操作することができる。よって、携帯情報端末130は、サーバー120を介して、電気機器200を遠隔操作することができる。
本実施の形態では、電気機器200の具体例について、図6及び図7を用いて説明する。図6に示す家屋100は、複数の電気機器200を有している。本実施の形態では、電気機器200として照明装置101、空調装置102、電話機103、冷蔵庫104、オーブンレンジ105、食器洗浄機106、洗濯機107、コンピュータ108、オーディオ109、テレビジョン110、自走式掃除機111、充電ステーション112、浴室113、浴室制御装置114、撮像装置115、録画装置116を例示している。
本実施の形態では、上記実施の形態に開示したパワースイッチ151及びパワースイッチ152に適用可能なトランジスタの構造及び作製方法について、図9を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、不揮発性記憶部233に適用可能な半導体装置の構成例について説明する。

- 携帯情報端末と、サーバーと、電気機器と、を有し、
前記電気機器は、通信回路と、電力供給回路と、負荷と、を有し、
前記電力供給回路は、第1のトランジスタと、第2のトランジスタと、電圧調整回路と、電源スイッチ制御回路と、を有し、
前記第1のトランジスタのゲートは、前記電源スイッチ制御回路に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタのゲートは、前記電源スイッチ制御回路に接続され、
前記第1のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方は、前記電圧調整回路に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方は、前記電圧調整回路に接続され
前記負荷は、CPUを有し、
前記CPUは、揮発性記憶素子と、不揮発性記憶素子と、を有し、
前記不揮発性記憶素子は、第3のトランジスタと、第4のトランジスタと、容量素子と、を有し、
前記第3のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方は、前記揮発性記憶素子と接続され、
前記第3のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの他方は、前記容量素子及び前記第4のトランジスタのゲートと接続され、
前記第3のトランジスタのゲートは、書き込み制御信号が入力され、
前記第4のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方は、前記揮発性記憶素子と接続され、
前記サーバーは、前記携帯情報端末と情報の送受信を行い、
前記電気機器は、前記通信回路により前記サーバーと前記情報の送受信を行い、
前記電源スイッチ制御回路は、前記サーバーから受信した前記情報により前記第1のトランジスタ及び前記第2のトランジスタのオン状態とオフ状態が制御し、
前記電圧調整回路は、前記負荷に電力を供給し、
前記第1のトランジスタ乃至前記第3のトランジスタの各々は、チャネル形成領域に酸化物半導体を有し、
前記酸化物半導体は、結晶部を有し、
前記結晶部は、c軸配向していることを特徴とする遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項1において、
前記携帯情報端末と前記サーバーは、電話回線またはインターネット回線により接続されることを特徴とする遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、
前記サーバーと前記電気機器は、無線通信により前記情報の送受信が行われることを特徴とする遠隔操作システム。
