Abstract
Description
なお、本発明の実施の形態による熱プレス装置は、対象物に対して加圧及び加熱(以下、熱プレスと記載する)を行う工程を必要とするあらゆる装置に適用可能であるが、一例として、布地に昇華性のインクを使って転写する昇華転写装置として説明する。
図に示すように、昇華転写装置10は、加熱部20と、被加熱部30と、制御部40と、センサ部42とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 所定の温度に加熱された加熱部を用いて被加熱部に熱及び圧力を加える機構を備えた熱プレス装置において、
前記被加熱部を電磁誘導加熱するIHコイル部と、
前記IHコイル部に対向して設けられ、金属層を熱伝導性の高いポリイミド樹脂で被膜あるいは積層した少なくとも3層のクラッド材からなる被加熱部と、
前記IHコイル部に流れる電流を制御する制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする熱プレス装置。 - 前記IHコイル部には、一面に硬質ガラス又は強化ガラスをコーティングしたトップコートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱プレス装置。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱プレス装置。
- 前記IHコイル部は複数設けられており、前記制御部は、前記コイル部の夫々に流れる前記電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱プレス装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの熱プレス装置を用いた昇華転写装置。
