Description
本出願は、2014年4月24日に出願された、US仮特許出願第61/983,508、「荷台位置合わせシステム及びその積み降ろし方法」の優先権を主張するものであり、参照によりその全体を本明細書に包含する。
Claims (15)
- 車輪付き担架を緊急輸送車両に設けられた荷台へ積載する方法であり、
位置合わせシステムのコントローラにより前記位置合わせシステムの荷台を前記緊急輸送車両から引き出すための指示を受信すること及び前記緊急輸送車両からの動力で前記緊急輸送車両から前記荷台を引き出すこと、
前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介して接近する車輪付き担架を認識すること、
前記緊急輸送車両からの動力で前記荷台を前記接近する車輪付き担架の後記先端へ自動水平化及び/または自動中央位置合わせする前記位置合わせシステムを介して、前記荷台を前記接近する車輪付き担架の先端と自動的に一直線に並べること、
を含む前記方法。 - 前記車輪付き担架を前記荷台に積載することをさらに含み、前記荷台は、前記荷台の端部面部分が前記車輪付き担架の積載車輪に水平化及び/または中央位置合わせされるように、前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラによって自動的に一直線に並べられる、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記荷台を前記接近する車輪付き担架の積載端に自動的に位置合わせする前に、前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介して、前記荷台の上部支持面が前記緊急輸送車両の先端を超えて引き出されたかどうかを自動的に判断すること、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記接近する車輪付き担架の前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介した前記認識が、前記位置合わせシステムのカメラを介して、前記位置合わせシステムの自動追跡ウィンドウ内で前記車輪付き担架に設けられた1つ以上のターゲットの画像を取得することで実行される、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記1つ以上のターゲットの前記画像を取得した後、前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介して、前記自動追跡ウィンドウ内の参照線の高さ及び方向と前記自動追跡ウィンドウ内で取得された前記画像における前記1つ以上のターゲットの高さ及び方向の間の差を自動的に計算すること、
前記荷台の端部に対応する前記参照線が前記1つ以上のターゲットと水平になるように、及び/または前記1つ以上のターゲットが前記自動追跡ウィンドウの中心にくるように前記荷台を自動的に上下動し、傾け、上昇及び/または下降すること、
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の前記方法。 - 前記車輪付き担架が前記荷台に接すると、前記自動位置合わせを自動的に停止すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 前記車輪付き担架と前記荷台間に接触があった後、前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介して、前記緊急輸送車両からの動力で、前記荷台の端部を自動的に持ち上げること、をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の前記方法。
- 前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラにより前記荷台を前記緊急輸送車両内へ引き入れるための指示を受信すること、
前記緊急輸送車両からの動力で前記緊急輸送車両へと前記荷台を引き入れること、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラにより前記荷台を前記緊急輸送車両内から引き出すための他の指示を受信すること、
前記緊急輸送車両からの動力で前記緊急輸送車両から前記荷台を引き出すこと、
前記荷台から前記車輪付き担架を降ろすこと、
をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の前記方法。 - 前記荷台の上部支持面が前記緊急輸送車両から引き出される時、前記位置合わせシステムの前記コントローラを介して、前記車輪付き担架を降ろす際に前記車輪付き担架の脚が完全に開かれ、かつ、前記車輪付き担架の前記脚が地面と水平に着地するような高さ及び方向に前記荷台を自動的に調節すること、
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の前記方法。 - 緊急輸送車両内へと車輪付き担架を積載するための位置合わせシステムであり、
前記緊急輸送車両の動力で動くことができ、かつ前記緊急輸送車両内に供給可能な、移動可能な荷台と、
プログラム指示を含むメモリと、
前記メモリに通信可能に接続されたコントローラと、を含む前記位置合わせシステムであり、
前記荷台が前記コントローラの前記制御下で移動可能であり、前記プログラム指示がメモリから読み込まれ、かつ前記コントローラにより実行される時、前記コントローラに前記荷台を引き出させ、かつ前記荷台の高さ及び/または方向を前記車輪付き担架に設けられた1つ以上のターゲットに自動的に位置合わせさせる、前記位置合わせシステム。 - 前記荷台が前記コントローラの前記制御下にあるアクチュエータを介して移動可能になり、地面上の前記荷台の高さを検知するために、前記コントローラに通信可能に接続され、かつ前記荷台の端部に隣接して設けられる高さ検知センサをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記位置合わせシステム。
- 前記荷台を引き出すかまたは引き入れるよう前記コントローラに指示を送るために、前記荷台、前記車輪付き担架、及び前記緊急輸送車両のうちの少なくとも1つに供給されるオペレータ入力と、
接触した時に前記荷台と前記車輪付き担架に設けられる前記1つ以上のターゲットとの前記高さ及び/または方向における前記自動位置合わせを停止する接触センサと、
さらに含む、請求項11に記載の前記位置合わせシステム。 - 自動追跡ウィンドウ内の前記ターゲットの画像を取得するためのカメラをさらに含み、前記画像を受信し、前記自動追跡ウィンドウ内の参照線の高さ及び方向と前記1つ以上のターゲットの前記画像の高さ及び方向との間の差を判断するために、かつ前記荷台の端部に対応する前記参照線を前記1つ以上のターゲットと並べるよう、及び/または前記自動追跡ウィンドウ内の前記1つ以上のターゲットを中央位置合わせするよう前記荷台を自動的に上下動し、傾き、上昇及び/または下降するために、前記コントローラが前記カメラに通信可能に接続される、請求項11に記載の前記位置合わせシステム。
- プロセッサにより読み込まれかつ実行される時、前記プロセッサに荷台を引き出すこと、アクチュエータを介して、前記荷台の高さ及び/または方向を車輪付き担架に設けられるターゲットに位置合わせすること、を引き起こすプログラム指示を含む、非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
