Description
例えば、上記実施形態では、1次モールド部33及び2次モールド部41に使用する樹脂材料として、熱硬化性樹脂について説明したが、これに限定されず、例えば、PPS(PolyPhenylene Sulfide)やPBT(PolyButylene Terephthalate)などの熱可塑性樹脂を使用してもよい。
また、上記実施形態では、磁気飽和の発生を防止するために磁性体コア19にスリット19Bを設けたが、磁性体コア19の体格等に応じて、スリット19Bを設けない構成にしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 電子機器からの出力信号を供給機器に出力し、前記出力信号に混入するノイズを低減する出力ノイズ低減装置であって、
磁性材料により形成され、貫通孔を有する磁性体コアと、
導電性材料により形成され、前記磁性体コアの前記貫通孔に挿入され、挿入方向の一方の端部を前記電子機器に接続する接続部とし、他方の端部を前記供給機器に接続する出力部とする導電バーと、
導電性材料により形成され、前記導電バーの前記出力部に固着される第1固定部と、前記電子機器に対して固定される第2固定部と、前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部との間を容量素子で接続する接続部と、を有するリードフレームと、
樹脂材料により形成され、前記磁性体コアに挿入される前記導電バーの一部と前記リードフレームと前記磁性体コアとをモールドするモールド部と、を備え、
前記第2固定部は、締結部材が挿入される固定孔が形成され、前記固定孔に挿入された前記締結部材を締め付けることによって前記電子機器に対して固定され、締め付けの際に前記締結部材を回転させる回転トルクに対して抵抗を高める加工部が形成されることを特徴とする出力ノイズ低減装置。 - 前記第2固定部は、前記挿入方向に対して直交する平板状に形成され、前記固定孔が前記挿入方向に向かって貫通して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の出力ノイズ低減装置。
- 前記加工部は、前記第2固定部の表面に形成され、前記モールド部に密着する凹凸部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の出力ノイズ低減装置。
- 前記加工部は、前記第2固定部を貫通して形成され、前記モールド部を形成する前記樹脂材料が内部に導入される導入孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の出力ノイズ低減装置。
- 前記加工部は、前記第2固定部の外周に沿って形成された係合部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の出力ノイズ低減装置。
