Description
(実施例1)
ポリプロピレン樹脂30wt%及び連続ガラス繊維(continuous glass fiber、GF)60wt%を含む連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材を45℃及び200,000kgf/cm2の条件下でプレス成形して内蔵フレームを準備した。次いで、前記内蔵フレームを射出金型内に固定させ、前記射出金型内にポリプロピレン樹脂60wt%及び長ガラス繊維(long glass fiber、GF)30wt%を含む連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材を注入して、45℃及び100,000kgf/cm2の条件下でインサート射出成形し、前記内蔵フレームが埋没された本体フレームを製造することでシートバックフレームを製造した。
ポリプロピレン樹脂50wt%及び長ガラス繊維(long glass fiber、GF)40wt%を含む長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材を45℃及び100,000kgf/cm2の条件下で射出成形して単一材質のシートバックフレームを製造した。
実施例1及び比較例1で製造されたシートバックフレームに対する外観評価、及び外部衝撃に対する性能を評価し、その結果を下記表1に記載した。
測定方法:実施例1及び比較例1で製造されたシートバックフレームの外部衝撃に対する吸収エネルギーを比べるために、比較例1の各シートバックフレームに対する試片を80mm×80mm×3.2mmの大きさで準備し、これらに対してASTM D3763によって落球衝撃機(INSTRON、9250HV)を使って落球衝撃強度を評価した。
測定方法:実施例1及び比較例1で製造されたシートバックフレームに対し、300mm×300mm×300mmの大きさの試験ブロックを用いて衝突試験を実施した。

Claims (9)
- 5〜10cmの長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂(long fiber reinforced thermoplastic、LFT)複合材を含む本体フレーム;及びインサート射出成形によって全体が前記本体フレームの内部に埋没された、10cm超の連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic、CFT)複合材を含み、プレス成形によって予備成形され所定の形状とされた内蔵フレーム;を含む、シートバックフレーム。
- 前記連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材は、強化用連続繊維を60重量%ないし70重量%含む、請求項1に記載のシートバックフレーム。
- 前記連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材の引張り強さが300MPaないし600MPaで、ASTM D790の条件による曲げ強さが350MPaないし500MPaである、請求項1に記載のシートバックフレーム。
- 前記長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材または前記連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂複合材に含まれた前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリフェニレンスルファイド樹脂、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載のシートバックフレーム。
- アームレストフレームをさらに含み、
前記本体フレーム及び前記アームレストフレームが一体に成形された、請求項1に記載のシートバックフレーム。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項によるシートバックフレームを含む、車両用シートバック。
- 10cm超の連続繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂(continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic、CFT)複合材をプレス成形によって予備成形して所定の形状とした内蔵フレームを準備する段階;及び
5〜10cmの長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂(long fiber reinforced thermoplastic、LFT)複合材の内部に前記内蔵フレームをインサートして射出成形することで、前記内蔵フレーム全体を埋没させる本体フレームを製造する段階を含む、シートバックフレームの製造方法。 - 前記プレス成形は40℃ないし60℃の温度で行われる、請求項7に記載のシートバックフレームの製造方法。
- 前記プレス成形は100,000kgf/cm2ないし300,000kgf/cm2の圧力で行われる、請求項8に記載のシートバックフレームの製造方法。
