Claims (3)
- 폴리프로필렌 기지에 장섬유가 30% 강화된 복합재료를 제공하는 단계;상기 복합재료를 이용하여 리어 시트팬을 설계 형상대로 사출 성형하되, 응력이 집중되는 플라스틱 리어 시트팬의 전단부에 짜여진 형태의 장섬유(WLFT)를 인서트하여 사출 성형하는 단계;를 포함하며, 충돌시 플라스틱의 과도한 변형에 따라 리어 시트팬의 전단부에 응력이 집중되는 경우에도 구조상 취약 부위인 리어 시트팬의 전단부가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 리어 시트팬 제조 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 리어 시트팬의 사출 성형시, 그 전단부에는 안티-서브마린 기능을 위하여 위쪽으로 돌출된 복수개의 리브가 형성되는 동시에 각 리브의 사이에는 요홈 형태의 강성 보강용 비드가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 리어 시트팬 제조 방법.
