Description
Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性物品を製造する方法であって、
熱可塑性材料の複数の層を予め定められたパターンで堆積させるステップと、
前記材料の複数の層を融解させて前記物品を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記熱可塑性材料は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、230℃及び3.8kg、又は、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが33g/10分〜60g/10分である熱可塑性組成物を含み、
前記熱可塑性組成物は、ポリカーボネートホモポリマー、ポリカーボネートコポリマー、ポリスチレン標準を使用してゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)により測定した重量平均分子量が60000〜97000であるポリ(スチレンアクリロニトリル)を有し、ゴム含有量がアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンコポリマーの総重量を基準として15〜30重量%であり、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、230℃及び3.8kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分であるアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンコポリマーを含むエラストマー修飾グラフトコポリマー、又はそれらの組合せを含み、
前記物品は、剪断強度が16MPa〜25MPaである
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱可塑性材料は、ポリスチレン標準を使用してゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)により測定した重量平均分子量が60000〜97000であるポリ(スチレンアクリロニトリル)を有し、ゴム含有量がアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンコポリマーの総重量を基準として15〜30重量%であり、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、230℃及び3.8kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分であるアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分である、ポリカーボネートホモポリマー、ポリカーボネートコポリマー、又はそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分である、ビスフェノールAカーボネート単位を含む直鎖状ポリカーボネートホモポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分である、ビスフェノールAカーボネート単位及びイソフタレート−テレフタレート−ビスフェノールAエステル単位を含むポリ(エステル−カーボネート)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが30g/10分〜75g/10分である、ポリ(シロキサン−カーボネート)コポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性組成物は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、230℃及び3.8kg、又は、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが35g/10分〜50g/10分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも20層を含み、
それぞれの層は、ASTM D1238−04に準拠して、230℃及び3.8kg、又は、300℃及び1.2kgで測定したメルトフローインデックスが33g/10分〜60g/10分である、ポリカーボネートホモポリマー、ポリカーボネートコポリマー、ポリエステル、又はそれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを含み、
剪断強度が16MPa〜25MPaであることを特徴とする物品。
