Claims (19)
- 医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタの一のポートの無針コネクタをフラッシングするように適合されている前記医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタであって、
第1のポートと、第2のポートと、第3のポートと、前記第1のポート、前記第2のポート、及び前記第3のポートを接続している接続領域とを備えている本体部であって、前記第3のポートが、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間に位置決めされている、前記本体部と、
前記第3のポートにおいて前記接続領域から離隔するように延在している流体ダイバータであって、近位端と、前記近位端より前記第3のポートから遠位に位置決めされている遠位端とを有している前記流体ダイバータと、
前記第3のポートに取り付けられており、前記流体ダイバータを少なくとも部分的に囲んでいる無針コネクタであって、
コネクタハウジングと、
前記コネクタハウジングの内部に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされている圧縮可能シールであって、内部空洞と、前記圧縮可能シールの頂部を貫通し前記内部空洞の内部に向かって延在しており、前記圧縮可能シールの前記頂部に形成されているスリットと、を有している前記圧縮可能シールと、
前記圧縮可能シールの内部に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされている内部突出部材であって、前記流体ダイバータを包含する内部空洞を形成している壁と、前記内部突出部材の近位端に形成されている開口部と、前記内部突出部材の遠位端に形成されている少なくとも1つの遠位開口部であって、近位面及び遠位面を具備する少なくとも1つの前記遠位開口部とを有している、前記内部突出部材と、
を備えている前記無針コネクタと、
を備えている前記医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタにおいて、
前記流体ダイバータが、前記内部突出部材の前記近位端において前記内部突出部材の前記内部空洞を実質的に二分岐させるように、前記内部突出部材の前記内部空洞の前記壁に隣接している、医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の前記近位端において前記内部突出部材の前記内部空洞を二分岐させる請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の前記内部空洞の少なくとも約半分を実質的に二分岐させる請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の前記内部空洞の少なくとも約4分の3を実質的に二分岐させる請求項3に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の内部において前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の少なくとも前記近位面に至るまで延在している、遠位先端部を有している請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記圧縮可能シールは、前記圧縮可能シールの内面に複数の封止リングを有しており、
前記複数の封止リングは、前記内部突出部材に接触すると共に前記内部突出部材を封止するように構成されている請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記複数の封止リングのうち少なくとも1つの封止リングは、前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の上方において前記内部突出部材に接触しており、
前記複数の封止リングのうち少なくとも1つの封止リングは、前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の下方において前記内部突出部材に接触している請求項6に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の前記遠位面から前記内部突出部材の上側先端部に至るまでの前記内部突出部材の高さは、一番上の封止リングから前記内部空洞の最上面に至るまでの前記圧縮可能シールの前記内部空洞内の高さ以上とされる請求項6に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータと前記内部突出部材とが、一体的に形成されている請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の前記近位端から前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の前記近位面を越えた位置に至るまで延在している請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の少なくとも約半分を実質的に二分岐させる請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータは、前記内部突出部材の少なくとも約4分の3を実質的に二分岐させる請求項11に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記圧縮可能シールは、前記圧縮可能シールの内面に複数の封止リングを有しており、
前記複数の封止リングは、前記内部突出部材に接触すると共に前記内部突出部材を封止するように構成されている請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記複数の封止リングのうち少なくとも1つの封止リングは、前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の上方において前記内部突出部材に接触しており、
前記複数の封止リングのうち少なくとも1つの封止リングは、前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の下方において前記内部突出部材に接触している請求項13に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの遠位開口部の前記遠位面から前記内部突出部材の上側先端部に至るまでの前記内部突出部材の高さは、一番上の封止リングから前記内部空洞の最上面に至るまでの前記圧縮可能シールの前記内部空洞内の高さ以上とされる請求項13に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記流体ダイバータと前記内部突出部材とが、一体的に成形されている請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 流体ディレクタが、開口部を具備する流体流れガイドを備えており、
前記第1のポート、前記第2のポート、及び前記第3のポートが互いに対して流通しており、且つ、流体が前記第1のポートから前記第2のポートに流れる場合に、前記流体流れガイドは、前記流体流の第1の部分を前記第3のポートの内部に向かって導くように、且つ、前記流体流の第2の部分が前記開口部を通過して前記第2のポートに至るように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。 - 前記開口部は、切り込みである、請求項17に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
- 前記医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタが、三方活栓である、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の医療用マルチポート分岐コネクタ。
