Claims (16)
- 収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法であって、
前記方法が、
熱収縮フィルムのフィードリール(3)を巻き出すステップと、
前記フィードリール(3)から少なくとも一の熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を分離させるステップと、
前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を形成スピンドル(4)へ送出するステップと、
前記形成スピンドル(4)の周りに前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を巻回してスリーブラベル(2)を提供するステップであって、前記形成スピンドル(4)に接触している前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の第1の長手方向端部(5a)と前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の第2の長手方向端部(5b)との間にオーバーラップ領域(8)が提供されるステップと、
前記形成スピンドル(4)の周りに形成された前記スリーブラベル(2)を前記形成スピンドル(4)からラベル付けされる容器(10)へ搬送するステップと、を含み、
前記第1の長手方向端部の少なくとも一部と前記第2の長手方向端部の少なくとも一部との前記オーバーラップ領域に厚さ0.002〜0.09mmの溶剤層(6)を介在させるステップを更に含み、
前記介在ステップが前記分離ステップと前記送出ステップとの間で実行される、
方法。 - 前記溶剤層の厚さが0.002〜0.05mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法。
- 前記溶剤層の厚さが0.002〜0.035mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法。
- 前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の長手方向延長部(100)の方向に対して横方向に延び、かつ、前記オーバーラップ領域(8)において接合部(13)を得るために前記形成スピンドル(4)に巻回された前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の前記第2の長手方向端部(5b)で前記第1の長手方向端部(5a)を溶接するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法。
- 前記介在ステップが、
接触により前記溶剤を前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)へ搬送するように用いられる少なくとも一の回転式円筒形ローラ;
熱収縮フィルム(5)のフラップに接触している固定された塗工装置;
前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)から若干離間配置された一以上の噴射ノズル;
または、同様の装置
から成る群から選択される供給装置(12)によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法。 - 前記溶接ステップが、レーザ溶接、赤外線溶接、シールバー溶接、および超音波溶接の装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の収縮スリーブラベル(2)を製造する方法。
- 前記形成スピンドル(4)の周りに前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を巻回するステップの後、前記オーバーラップ領域(8)における前記二つの端部(5a、5b)の間の接着性を最適化するために第2の長手方向端部(5b)を第1の長手方向端部(5a)に押圧するステップを含む請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の収縮スリーブラベルを製造する方法。
- スリーブラベル(2)を製造するための装置(1)であって、
少なくとも一の形成スピンドル(4)へ熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を供給するように設計された少なくとも一のフィードリール(3)と、
前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を供給するために、前記少なくとも一のフィードリール(3)から巻き出された連続フィルム(15)を切断するように構成された手段(14)と、
前記形成スピンドル(4)の外側面(4a)の周りに前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)を巻回する手段(7)であって、前記形成スピンドル(4)に接触している前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の第1の長手方向端部(5a)と前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の第2の長手方向端部(5b)との間にオーバーラップ領域(8)を提供するように用いられる巻回手段(7)と、
を含み、
前記第1の長手方向端部の少なくとも一部と前記第2の長手方向端部の少なくとも一部との間の前記オーバーラップ領域に、厚さ0.002〜0.09mmの溶剤層(6)を分配する装置(12)を更に含み、
前記溶剤を分配する装置(12)は、前記切断手段(14)と前記少なくとも一の形成スピンドル(4)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、
装置(1)。 - 前記溶剤層の厚さが0.002〜0.05mm、好ましくは、0.002〜0.035mmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の長手方向延長部(100)方向に対して横方向に延びかつ前記オーバーラップ領域(8)において接合部(13)を得るために前記形成スピンドル(4)に巻回された前記熱収縮フィルムバンド(5)の前記第2の長手方向端部(5b)で前記第1の長手方向端部(5a)を溶接するための装置(11)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記溶接装置(11)が、
レーザ溶接装置(11a);
赤外線溶接装置;
シールバー溶接装置(11b);
超音波溶接装置
を含む群から選択される溶接手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。 - 第1の長手方向端部(5a)と第2の長手方向端部(5b)の間で最適な接着を可能にするために形成スピンドル(4)に巻回された前記スリーブラベル(2)の外部表面に係着するように意図される圧着手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記切断手段(14)は、前記少なくとも一のフィードリール(3)と前記巻回手段(7)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記熱収縮フィルムバンドを前記各々の形成スピンドルへ搬送するために前記フィードリールと前記形成スピンドルの間に介在された搬送ドラムを含み、前記供給装置が前記搬送ドラムに関連付けられることを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ラベル付けされる容器(10)を支持するように設計されたカルーセル(20)を支持するためのフレームを含み、前記カルーセル(20)の外周領域に提供される複数の形成スピンドル(4)が各々のスリーブラベル(2)をラベル付けされる容器(10)の外部表面へ搬送するように用いられることを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって提供されるスリーブラベル(2)に関連付けられる容器(10)。
