Description
b)工程a)により調製した上記担体を、単独で又は混合物として使用されるVIII族金属及びVIB族金属により構成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体を含む少なくとも1種の溶液に含浸する少なくとも1つの工程、
c)少なくとも1つの熟成工程、
d)その後の焼成工程なしで、150℃未満の温度で実施される少なくとも1つの乾燥工程。
本発明の製造方法の工程a)により、0.2〜30重量%のゼオライトNU−86及び70〜99.8重量%の多孔質鉱物マトリクスを含む担体が調製される。ここで、該重量%は上記担体の全重量に対して表される。
ゼオライトNU−86は三次元微細孔(microporous)系を有する;
この三次元微細孔系は、孔の開口が11個のT原子(Si、Al、Ga、Fe等の四面体原子)によって境界を定められている(delimited)真っ直ぐな経路、10及び12個のT原子による開口によって交互に境界を定められた真っ直ぐな経路、並びに10及び12個のT原子による開口によってやはり交互に境界を定められた正弦曲線の経路から構成されている。
本発明の製造方法の工程b)により、工程a)で調製した上記担体を、単独で又は混合物として使用されるVIII族金属及びVIB族金属により構成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体を含む少なくとも1種の溶液に含浸する少なくとも1つの工程が実施される。
VIB族元素に対するVIII族元素のモル比が0.1〜0.8、好ましくは0.15〜0.5、
VIB族元素に対するドーピング元素のモル比が0〜1、好ましくは0.08〜0.5、
VIB族元素に対する有機化合物のモル比が0〜5、好ましくは0.2〜3。
本発明の製造方法の工程c)によれば、工程b)由来の含浸担体の少なくとも1つの熟成工程が実施される。
本発明の製造方法の工程d)によれば、その後の焼成工程なしで、工程c)の最後に得られた含浸し成熟した担体について、150℃未満の温度で少なくとも1つの乾燥工程が実施される。
また、本発明は、水素の存在下、200℃を超える温度、1MPaを超える圧力、0.1〜20h−1の空間速度で、上記本発明の製造方法により製造した触媒を用いて水素化分解工程が実施され、導入される水素の量が、水素の体積(リットル)/炭化水素の体積(リットル)の体積比が80〜5000L/Lになるようにされている、炭化水素供給原料の水素化転化方法、好ましくは水素化分解方法に関する。
供給原料が樹脂及び/又はアスファルテン等の化合物を含む場合、供給原料を、有利には、あらかじめ水素化分解又は水素化処理触媒とは異なる触媒又は吸着剤の床上を通過させる。本発明で使用される保護触媒又は保護床は、球形又は押出成形品の形態である。しかし、触媒は、0.5〜5mm、更に特定的には0.7〜2.5mmの直径を有する押出成形品の形態であることが有利である。形状は、円筒形(中空でも中実でもよい)、ねじれた円筒形、多葉(例えば、2、3、4又は5葉)又は環状である。円筒形が好ましく使用されるが、任意の他の形状を使用してもよい。
上記製造方法により製造された触媒を使用する本発明の水素転化法、好ましくは水素化分解法は、穏やかな水素化分解から高圧水素化分解までの圧力及び転化範囲をカバーする。穏やかな水素化分解とは、通常は40%未満の中程度の転化率をもたらし、通常は2MPa〜6MPaの低圧で操作する水素化分解を意味する。
本発明の水素化分解法は、有利には、公知の一段階法において使用される。
本発明の水素化分解法は、有利には、公知の中間分離を伴う一段階固定床法で実施することができる。
本発明の水素化転化法、好ましくは水素化分解法は、有利には、公知の二段階方法において使用される。
使用した原料の1つは、欧州特許出願公開第0 463768号A2の実施例2に従って調製し、Si/Alの全体原子比が11であり、Na/Al原子比が0.25のゼオライトNU−86である。
30%のSiO2及び70%のAl2O3の組成物の共沈殿によりシリカ−アルミナの粉体を調製した。次いで、このシリカ−アルミナ及び実施例1のゼオライトNU−86を含む水素化分解触媒担体を製造した。このために、実施例1のゼオライトNU−85(7.6重量%)を、上記で調製したシリカ−アルミナからなるマトリクス(92.4重量%)と混合する。次いで、この粉体混合物を、66%の硝酸を含む水溶液と混合し(乾燥ゲル1gに対し、7重量%の酸)、その後15分間混合する。上記混合後、得られれたペーストを、直径が2mmの三葉のオリフィスを有する金型に通して押出す。次いで、押出し成形品を、120℃で一晩乾燥した後、空気中、550℃で2時間焼成する。押出し成形品を、最終的に蒸気の下、750℃で2時間処理する。この押出し成形品は、担体S2の構成要素となる。
ゼオライトNU−86及びシリカ−アルミナマトリクスを含む担体S2の押出し成形品を、予め還流装置を用いてNi(OH)2、MoO3及びH3PO4を溶解しておいた水溶液を用いて含浸乾燥する。押出し成形品を、空気中、120℃で一晩乾燥し、その後の焼成を実施しない。触媒C1のNiMoPの組成は、触媒の乾燥重量に対し、Ni(NiOの形態で表す)、Mo(MoO3の形態で表す)及びP(P2O5の形態で表す)について、それぞれ2.2、20、4.2重量%である。割合は以下の通りである:Ni/Mo=0.21、及びP/Mo=0.42。
触媒C2は、450℃で焼成した触媒C1に相当する。
ゼオライトNU−86及びアルミナを含む担体押出し成形品を、予め還流装置を用いてNi(OH)2、MoO3及びH3PO4を溶解しておいた水溶液を用いて乾式含浸する。押出し成形品を、空気中、120℃で一晩乾燥し、その後の焼成を実施しない。触媒C3のNiMoPの組成は、触媒の乾燥重量に対し、Ni(NiOの形態で表す)、Mo(MoO3の形態で表す)及びP(P2O5の形態で表す)について、それぞれ2.6、23.2、4.7重量%である。割合は以下の通りである:Ni/Mo=0.22、及びP/Mo=0.41。
触媒C4は、450℃で焼成した触媒C3に相当する。
調製を実施例3及び4で説明した触媒C1及びC2を、表2に示す主な特徴を有する、部分的に水素化処理した真空蒸留液の水素化分解のために使用する。
硫化後、以下の条件で触媒試験を実施した。
水素の流速:注入した供給原料1リットルあたり気体の水素1000リットル
空間速度(LHSV)は0.66h−1である。
得られた触媒の性能を以下の表3に示す。
調製を実施例5及び6で説明した触媒C3及びC4を、表4に示す主な特徴を有する、水素化処理した真空蒸留液の水素化分解のために使用する。
硫化後、以下の条件で触媒試験を実施した。
水素の流速:注入した供給原料1リットルあたり気体の水素1000リットル
空間速度(LHSV)は1h−1である。
得られた触媒の性能を以下の表5に示す。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも下記の連続工程を含む、炭化水素の水素化転化用触媒の製造方法:
a)0.2〜30重量%のゼオライトNU−86及び70〜99.8重量%の多孔質鉱物マトリクスを含む担体であって、該重量%が上記担体の全重量に対して表される担体を少なくとも調製する工程、
b)工程a)により調製した上記担体を、単独で又は混合物として使用される、VIII族金属及びVIB族金属により構成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体を含む少なくとも1種の溶液に含浸する少なくとも1つの工程、
c)少なくとも1つの熟成工程、
d)その後の焼成工程なしで、150℃未満の温度で実施される少なくとも1つの乾燥工程。 - 上記多孔質鉱物マトリクスが、遷移アルミナ、ドープされたアルミナ、シリカライト及びシリカ、アルミノケイ酸塩、非ゼオライト結晶性モレキュラーシーブ、シリカ−アルミナの単独又はそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 上記多孔質鉱物マトリクスが、アルミナ及びシリカ−アルミナの単独又は混合物から選択される、請求項2記載の製造方法。
- 上記工程b)が、連続含浸により実施され、乾燥工程が、有利には上記含浸工程の間に適用される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 上記溶液が、ホウ素、リン及びケイ素から選択されるドーピング元素の少なくとも1種の前駆体、及び/又は少なくとも1種の有機化合物を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 上記VIII族金属の前駆体及びVIB族金属の前駆体、ドーピング元素の前駆体、並びに有機化合物が、以下に対応する量で含浸溶液(単数又は複数)に導入される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の製造方法:
VIB族元素に対するVIII族元素のモル比が0.1〜0.8、
VIB族元素に対するドーピング元素のモル比が0〜1、
VIB族元素に対する有機化合物のモル比が0〜5。 - 上記熟成工程が、湿潤した環境下、10〜80℃の温度で、工程b)の含浸した担体を放置することにより実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 上記乾燥工程が、その後の焼成工程なしで、130℃未満の温度で実施される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 中間焼成工程なしで、工程d)の後に硫化工程e)が適用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。
- 水素の存在下、200℃を超える温度、1MPaを超える圧力、0.1〜20h−1の空間速度で請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の製造方法により製造した触媒を用いて水素化分解工程が実施され、導入される水素の量が、水素の体積(リットル)/炭化水素の体積(リットル)の体積比が80〜5000L/Lになるようにされている、炭化水素供給原料の水素化転化方法。
- 上記方法が、250〜480℃の温度、2〜25MPaの圧力、0.1〜6h−1の空間速度で実施され、導入される水素の量が、水素の体積(リットル)/炭化水素の体積(リットル)の体積比が100〜2000L/Lになるようにされている、請求項10記載の方法。
- 上記炭化水素供給原料が、接触分解装置から得られる軽油、常圧留出液、真空留出液、潤滑油基油から芳香族化合物を抽出するための装置又は潤滑油基油の溶剤脱ろうから得られる供給原料、常圧残渣及び/又は真空残渣及び/又は脱アスファルト油の固定床又は沸騰床脱硫又は水素化転化工程由来の蒸留物、フィッシャートロプシュ法由来のパラフィン、脱アスファルト油、並びにバイオマスの水素化処理及び水素転化工程から得られる供給原料から選択され、それらが単独又は混合物で使用される、請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 上記方法が、供給原料を水素化精製し、得られた流出物をそのまま全て水素化分解することからなる一段階法で実施される、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 上記方法が、供給原料を水素化精製する第1段階と、第1段階からの流出物中の転化生成物を未転化物から分離して後者を水素化分解する第2段階とからなる二段階法で実施される、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
