Description
図1は本発明のロータの製造方法の第1のステップを説明した斜視図であり、図2,3はその順に製造方法の第2のステップを説明した斜視図であり、図4は製造方法の第3のステップを説明した斜視図である。
本発明者は、窒化ホウ素からなる潤滑剤の鍛造前の膜厚を規定する実験をおこなった。この実験では、鍛造前の潤滑剤の膜厚を、5μm、10μm、20μm、50μmの4種として2つの焼結体の界面に配し、鍛造加工して一体磁石(試験体)を製作し、各試験体に対して導通試験を3回実施して導通の有無を測定したものである。この測定に際し、測定装置には日置電気株式会社製のカードハイテスタ3244を使用した。
Claims (2)
- 1つの希土類磁石を構成する複数の分割磁石の前駆体である複数の焼結体を成形型のキャビティ内に並べて収容するに際し、隣接する焼結体の少なくとも一方の界面に絶縁性の潤滑剤を塗布して各焼結体を並べる第1のステップ、
キャビティ内に並べられた複数の焼結体に磁気的異方性を付与する熱間塑性加工をおこなうことで各焼結体を分割磁石とし、潤滑剤を介して複数の分割磁石が一体とされた一体磁石を製造する第2のステップ、
モータを構成するロータの磁石用スロットに一体磁石を挿入してロータを製造する第3のステップからなる、ロータの製造方法。 - 潤滑剤が窒化ホウ素からなる請求項1に記載のロータの製造方法。
