Claims (9)
- フレームを備える工作機械であって、工具のドライブシャフトが、前記フレームの中に、回転軸の周りで回動し且つ前記回転軸に沿って軸方向に動くように取り付けられ、
前記ドライブシャフトが、2つの回転モーター、即ち、前記ドライブシャフトを回転駆動するために前記ドライブシャフトの第1のセクションと滑り接続によって結合するための部材に接続された、第1のモーターと、前記ドライブシャフトを軸方向に動かすために前記ドライブシャフトの第2のセクションと螺旋接続によってナットに接続された、第2のモーターと、に接続され、
前記第1のモーターと前記第2のモーターとが、相互に同軸であり、且つ制御ユニットに接続されており、前記制御ユニットは、前記2つのモーターの各回転子の位置のセンサーに接続され、前記2つのモーターを制御し、前記ドライブシャフトの定速度の軸方向移動を生じさせるように、また、チップを粉砕できる振幅及び周波数を有する軸方向の加振を前記軸方向移動に加えるように設計されており、前記制御ユニットは、前記加振の前記振幅及び前記周波数をリアルタイムで修正できるように設計されており、
前記制御ユニットが、2つの軸に対する前記ドライブシャフトの位置及び速度を実測することによって、前記機械加工の条件をリアルタイムに且つ連続的に決定し、前記加振の振幅と周波数とを、前記機械加工の条件の関数として修正するように設計されており、チップ破砕の設定機械加工基準値との間に不一致がある場合、前記制御ユニットが前記モーターを制御し、前記不一致を調節するように設計されている、
ことを特徴とする、工作機械。 - 前記加振が、正弦波、台形波、鋸歯状波、などの波形を有している、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記2つのモーターの複数の電気のパラメータを実測又は計算によって求め、前記複数の電気のパラメータから機械加工条件を決定するように設計されている、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記2つのモーターの複数の電気のパラメータを実測又は計算によって求め、前記複数の電気のパラメータから加工対象の部品の位置を推定するように設計されている、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記機械又は切削工具の不具合を検出するために、前記2つのモーターの各速度を決定し比較するように設計されている、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記工具が少なくとも部分的に螺旋形の形状を持ち、前記螺旋形の接続と前記工具とが、反対の方向のピッチを持つので、前記工具の迅速なリターンサイクルを容易に行うことができる、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 連続して配置された2つの材料から成る部品を機械加工する場合であって、前記2つの材料のチップ形成の動きが異なる場合に、前記制御ユニットが、前記材料が変化したときに、前記加振を修正するように設計されており、前記2つのモーターの前記制御のパラメータをそれぞれ変化させることによって前記チップの粉砕を継続するように設計され、前記制御のパラメータを前記機械加工の対象の材料に対して最適な機械加工条件にさせるように設計されている、
請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記制御のパラメータの変化が、プログラムによって実施され、前記プログラムが、前記ドライブシャフトの、前記2つの軸に対する位置と、加工対象の部品における前記2つの材料の相対的位置と、を考慮に入れてプログラミングされている、
請求項7に記載の機械。 - 前記制御のパラメータの変化が、前記2つのモーターの各電流を検出し処理することによって、前記制御のパラメータの変化を切削力の増減を表す前記2つのモーターの各電流の増減の関数として生じさせるように行われている、
