Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態にかかる数値制御装置1の構成を示す図である。数値制御装置1は、工作機械2を制御する装置である。図1には、工作機械2も示されている。実施の形態では、数値制御装置1は、工作機械2に取り付けられた工具が加工対象であるワークを切削する際の工作機械2を制御すると共に、工具がワークを切削する際の切り屑の堆積量を推測する。図1には、工具及びワークは示されていない。工具及びワークについては、後に図2を用いて説明する。
Claims (4)
- 工作機械に取り付けられた工具がワークを切削する際の加工条件と、前記工具が前記ワークを切削する際に前記工作機械が有する軸を運動させるためのモータに印加される電流の値とをもとに、前記工具が前記ワークを切削する際の切り屑の堆積量を推定する推定部と、
前記推定部によって推定された前記切り屑の堆積量を、前記工具が前記ワークを切削する際の切り屑の形状を特定する加工モードをもとに補正する補正部と
を備えることを特徴とする数値制御装置。 - 前記加工条件は、前記ワークの材質と、切込量と、前記工具の送り速度との一部又は全部を示す
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記加工モードは、前記モータの回転方向と前記切り屑の形状との関係と、前記モータに流れる電流の用途と前記切り屑の形状との関係と、前記モータの回転方向及び前記モータに流れる電流の用途と前記切り屑の形状との関係とのうちのいずれかひとつを特定し、
前記補正部は、前記加工モードをもとに前記切り屑が繋がるか複数のチップに分断されるかを判別し、判別した結果をもとに前記切り屑の堆積量を補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の数値制御装置。 - 前記切り屑の堆積量を補正するための情報を受け付ける受付部を更に備え、
前記補正部は、前記加工モードと前記受付部が受け付けた情報とをもとに前記切り屑の堆積量を補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の数値制御装置。
