Description
一般に、変速機のパーキングロック状態への切り替えは、変速機内のロック用の歯車にロックポールが係合せしめられて、当該歯車の回転が阻止されることにより達成される。変速機内の複数の歯車の噛み合い部にはバックラッシが存在するため、変速機がパーキングロック状態に切り替えられても、ロック用の歯車よりも車輪側にて互いに噛み合う歯車は、バックラッシの空隙分相対的に回転することができる。
〔課題を解決するための手段及び発明の効果〕
本発明の一つの態様においては、制御装置は、車輪の制動力を低下させているときに車輪が回転したと判定したときには、一時的に車輪の制動力を低下させない。
図1は、本発明の実施形態にかかる車両用停車制御装置10を示す概略構成図である。停車制御装置10は、制動装置12と、パワートレーン14に設けられた歯車式自動変速機16と、制動装置12及び自動変速機16を制御する制御装置18と、を有している。制御装置18は、制動装置12を制御する制動力制動装置20と、自動変速機16を制御する変速機制御装置22と、を有している。

上述の実施形態は、制動装置12が油圧式の制動装置である車両28に適用されているが、本発明による停車制御装置10は、制動装置12が電磁式の制動装置である車両28に適用されてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 車輪に制動力を付与する制動装置と、パワートレーンに設けられた歯車式自動変速機と、前記制動装置及び前記自動変速機を制御する制御装置と、を有し、前記制御装置は、車両が走行状態から停止状態へ移行すると、前記車輪の制動力が前記車両を停止状態に維持する制動力である状況において前記自動変速機のレンジをPレンジへ切り替えた後、前記車輪の制動力を低下させる車両用停車制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記車輪の制動力の低下を開始してから所定の時間が経過する時点以降においては、前記時点以前の前記車輪の制動力の低下率よりも小さい低下率にて前記車輪の制動力を低下させる、車両用停車制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両用停車制御装置において、前記制御装置は、前記車輪の制動力を低下させているときに前記車輪が回転したと判定したときには、一時的に前記車輪の制動力を低下させない、車両用停車制御装置。
