Claims (20)

複数のクラウン及び複数のストラットを含むステントであって、各クラウンは一対の対向するストラット間に形成され、ステントは、前記管状グラフトの端部に近接して前記グラフト材料に結合して、前記管状グラフトの前記端部に隣接する第1のセットのクラウン及び前記第1のセットのクラウンに対して前記管状グラフトの前記端部から遠い第2のセットのクラウンを有する、ステントと、
前記第1のセットのクラウンの各クラウンに隣接して結合された一対のストッパであって、各ストッパは、管状構成を有し、前記クラウンがその間に形成される前記一対の対向するストラットのそれぞれのストラットに取付けられる、一対のストッパと、
各ストッパの端面に当接するように、各ストッパの各端部に隣接して作られた複数のスティッチと

前記グラフト材料によって覆われ、かつ、前記グラフト材料に対する直接的取付けが存在しない各最端クラウンに隣接して結合された一対のストッパであって、各ストッパは、管状構成を有し、前記クラウンがその間に形成される前記一対の対向するストラットのそれぞれのストラットに取付けられる、一対のストッパと、
各ストッパの各端部に隣接して作られた複数のスティッチであって、各ストッパの端面に当接する、複数のスティッチと
