Claims (3)
- バイアル組立体と、
太陽歯車と、
駆動モータと、
を備える超高エネルギー脈動ロータリーミルの駆動装置であって、
前記駆動モータの回転によって、前記太陽歯車の周りを回転する遊星歯車と、
前記遊星歯車からの駆動トルクを受ける摺動スプライン継手と、
前記遊星歯車が前記太陽歯車の周りを回転する際の回転軸に対応するシャフトと、
前記バイアル組立体を脈動駆動させるアクチュエータと、
を更に備え、
前記遊星歯車からの駆動トルクが、前記摺動スプライン継手から前記バイアル組立体に転送され、これにより、バイアル組立体の脈動駆動は、バイアル組立体のロータリー駆動に重ね合わされることを特徴とする、超高エネルギー脈動ロータリーミルの駆動装置。 - 前記バイアル組立体は、圧力テーブル、スライドスリーブ、及び前記シャフトを介して前記アクチュエータに接続される、請求項1に記載の超高エネルギー脈動ロータリーミルの駆動装置。
- 脈動駆動部が、シャフト(18)に取り付けられ、上部スライドスリーブ(19)と下部スライドスリーブ(20)によりバイアル組立体(15)に接続された圧力テーブル(17)上に位置するアクチュエータ(5)を含み、
前記バイアル組立体(15)は、振動遮断体(24)を装着する下部回転ケージ(23)と、タイ(26)と接続される上昇上側ケージ(25)との間に取付けられたバイアル(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高エネルギー脈動ロータリーミルの駆動装置。
