Claims (12)
- 多数のラック歯形を備えるラックと、
動力伝達のために、前記ラック歯形に沿って相対回転する多数の動力伝達ピンを備え、前記ラックの長手方向に沿って相互離隔して多数個設けられるピン歯車と、
前記多数のピン歯車が互いに同じ速度で回転されるように、前記ピン歯車の間に配されて、前記ピン歯車を回転自在に連結し、前記動力伝達ピンと1つずつ対応しながら相互作用する多数の入力歯形が外面に円周方向に沿って形成される入力歯車本体を含む入力歯車と、
を含み、
前記ピン歯車は、
前記多数の動力伝達ピンを回転自在に支持するボディーと、
前記ボディーの中央領域に結合されて、前記ボディーの回動を支持する回転支持軸受ユニットと、
を含み、
前記回転支持軸受ユニットは、
前記動力伝達ピンの個数ほど前記ボディーの円周方向に沿って相互等角度間隔で配列されて、前記動力伝達ピンの自転運動を1つずつ支持する多数のピン支持軸受と、
前記ボディーの回転中心部に設けられ、前記ボディーに対しては自転中心を形成し、前記動力伝達ピンに対しては公転中心を形成する中心部自転軸と、
を含み、
前記中心部自転軸は、多数の締結部材によって前記ボディー側に締結される動力伝達装置。 - 前記ボディーは、相互離隔し、平行に配されて、前記動力伝達ピンの両端部と連結される一対のボディーである請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力歯車との動力伝達から発生するラジアル荷重が互いに相殺されて、前記回転支持軸受ユニットに付加される外力を最小化させるように、前記回転支持軸受ユニットは、前記一対のボディーにそれぞれ対称になるように配される請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転支持軸受ユニットは、前記中心部自転軸と前記ボディーとの間で前記中心部自転軸と同軸的に配されて、前記ボディーの自転運動による自転中心を支持する中心部自転軸支持軸受をさらに含む請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転支持軸受ユニットは、前記中心部自転軸支持軸受と連結されて、前記中心部自転軸支持軸受を潤滑及びシーリングする中心部オイルシールをさらに含む請求項4に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転支持軸受ユニットは、前記ピン支持軸受に1つずつ対応して設けられて、前記動力伝達ピンが挿入されて支持される前記ボディー内のピン挿入支持ホールをシーリングする多数の外郭部オイルシールをさらに含む請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達ピンの内部には、前記動力伝達ピンの長手方向に沿って潤滑剤が流動する潤滑剤流動ホールが設けられる請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達ピンの側壁には、前記潤滑剤流動ホールと連通されて、前記潤滑剤が出入りする潤滑剤出口と潤滑剤入口とが設けられる請求項7に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記潤滑剤出口と前記潤滑剤入口は、前記潤滑剤流動ホールの両端部の領域から前記動力伝達ピンの半径方向に沿って互いに逆方向に配される請求項8に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力歯車は、前記入力歯車本体の中央領域から突設される入力歯車シャフトをさらに含む請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力歯形は、トロコイド歯形、サイクロイド歯形及びインボリュート歯形のうちから選択される何れか1つの歯形で設けられる請求項10に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力歯車は、単一の入力歯車であり、
前記多数のピン歯車は、その間に配される前記単一の入力歯車に対して一対に配列される請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
