Abstract

技术领域
本发明的主题是一种超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器,它能够使用在实验室级别的设备中。
背景技术
众所周知和广泛使用的球磨机的常用驱动方案是使用行星变速器,通过使用独立的驱动电动机提供用于太阳轮和管形瓶(vials)的驱动器。人们也使用基于带传动的方案。
现在使用于球磨机驱动器中的方案保证在一个单独的平面中正确且稳定地驱动太阳轮和管形瓶。
研磨介质不可能沿第三轴线被驱动,但是沿第三轴线驱动研磨介质是执行三维研磨过程所必需的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器,它允许沿第三轴线执行三维研磨过程,同时实时地同步控制所供给能量的量。
本发明的主要构思是所提出的超高能脉动-旋转式磨机驱动器包括两种驱动器类型的叠加,这两种类型的驱动器是旋转-行星驱动系统和脉动驱动系统。
一个轴构成旋转-行星驱动系统的旋转轴,同时用作连接脉动驱动器的结构。所述轴还装配有隔振器以防止脉动驱动器的脉动的有害影响。而且所供给的机械能的量也对旋转-行星驱动器和脉动驱动器进行实时独立计数。

具体实施方式
旋转-行星驱动器包括交流电动机1,和交流电动机4驱动的促动器5,其中交流电动机1构成旋转驱动器,它通过变换器2供电,并且变换器2与旋转机械能计数器3相连接;交流电动机4驱动的促动器5构成脉动运动驱动器,它通过连接到脉动机械能计数器7的变换器6供电。来自机械能计数器7和3的信号传输到数字记录器8。
带轮9安装在电动机轴1上,带轮11固定在变速器笼12上,带轮9利用传动带10驱动带轮11,行星轮13安装在所述笼中,围绕静止的太阳轮14旋转。来自行星轮13的驱动转矩利用滑动花键接头16传递到管形瓶组件15上,因而允许行星运动和脉动运动结合。
图4示出了在完整的脉动-旋转式磨机中本申请的超高能脉动-旋转式磨机驱动器的实例。
脉动驱动器包括振动促动器5,振动促动器5位于压力台17上,压力台17可滑动地安装在轴18上并且利用上部滑套19和下部滑套20而与管形瓶组件15相连接,同时上部滑套19和下部滑套20利用键槽21阻止相对于轴18转动,而管形瓶组件15包括多个管形瓶22,这些管形瓶22安装在下部旋转笼23和升高的上部笼25之间,其中下部旋转笼23构成隔振器24的安装台座,上部笼25利用连接件26阻止在磨机工作过程中被打开。
超高能脉动-旋转式磨机驱动器将应用于工业和研究实验室中。
本发明的新增功能是对供给给旋转-行星驱动器和脉动驱动器的机械能的量进行实时独立计数,这一功能将应用于完整的脉动-旋转式磨机能量平衡过程。
Claims (3)
1.一种超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器,其特征在于,所述超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器包括叠加在一起的旋转驱动器和脉动驱动器,所述旋转驱动器的轴(18)用作连接所述脉动驱动器的结构,且经由滑动花键接头(16)将所述旋转驱动器的转矩从行星轮(13)传递到管形瓶组件(15),所述脉动驱动器包括振动促动器(5),所述振动促动器(5)位于压力台(17)上,所述压力台(17)可滑动地安装在所述轴(18)上并且利用上部滑套(19)和下部滑套(20)而与所述管形瓶组件(15)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器,其特征在于,所述上部滑套(19)和所述下部滑套(20)利用键槽(21)阻止相对于所述轴(18)转动,而所述管形瓶组件(15)包括多个管形瓶(22),这些管形瓶(22)安装在下部旋转笼(23)和升高的上部笼(25)之间,其中所述下部旋转笼(23)构成隔振器(24)的安装台座,所述上部笼(25)利用连接件(26)阻止在所述磨机工作过程中被打开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高能脉动-旋转式磨机用的驱动器,其特征在于,通过将来自变换器(2)的各信号传输给旋转机械能计数器(3),将来自变换器(6)的各信号传送给脉动机械能计数器(7),并且将所述旋转机械能计数器(3)和所述脉动机械能计数器(7)的输出信号引导到数字记录器(8)的输入终端,针对所述旋转驱动器和所述脉动驱动器实时独立计数和记录由所述驱动器供给的机械能的量。
