Claims (14)
- 流体供給源と、
流体供給先と、
前記流体供給源と前記流体供給先との間の流体回路中に配設されたポンプシリンダと、
前記ポンプシリンダの中に設けられ、移動ロッドによって位置が定められるプランジャと、
前記移動ロッドを駆動することにより、前記ポンプシリンダ内で前記プランジャを往復動させるポンプモータと、
前記流体供給源から前記ポンプシリンダへの流路に介装された第1流入バルブ及び第2流入バルブと、
前記ポンプシリンダから前記流体供給先への流路に介装された第1流出バルブ及び第2流出バルブと、
前記第1流入バルブ、前記第2流入バルブ、前記第1流出バルブ、及び前記第2流出バルブのそれぞれに設けられたバルブシールと、
潤滑剤のためのシール用潤滑剤リザーバと、
前記潤滑剤を前記バルブシールのそれぞれに供給する重力送り式のバルブシール用潤滑剤流路と
を備えることを特徴とするスプレーシステム。 - 前記ポンプシリンダの、軸線方向で前記モータの側となる第1領域に配設されて、前記移動ロッドを支持する第1シリンダ軸受と、
前記ポンプシリンダの、前記モータの側とは軸線方向で反対側となる第2領域に配設されて、前記移動ロッドを支持する第2シリンダ軸受と、
前記第1シリンダ軸受に設けられた第1軸受シールと、
前記第2シリンダ軸受に設けられた第2軸受シールと、
前記第1軸受シールに前記潤滑剤を供給する重力送り式の第1軸受シール用潤滑剤流路と、
前記第2軸受シールに前記潤滑剤を供給する重力送り式の第2軸受シール用潤滑剤流路と
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。 - 前記移動ロッドが前記モータから最も伸長した状態にあるときの前記移動ロッドを受容する大きさ及び位置をもって、前記第2軸受シールに設けられたロッド用リザーバを更に備え、
前記第2軸受シール用潤滑剤流路は、前記潤滑剤を前記ロッド用リザーバに充填するように配設される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスプレーシステム。 - 前記潤滑剤は、溶剤と可塑剤との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記潤滑剤は、非吸湿性オイルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記第1流入バルブ、前記第2流入バルブ、前記第1流出バルブ、及び前記第2流出バルブはピンバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記第1流入バルブ、前記第2流入バルブ、前記第1流出バルブ、及び前記第2流出バルブはゲートバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記ポンプシリンダより上方となる位置に前記シール用潤滑剤リザーバを保持するリザーバ用のマウントを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 調量シリンダと、
移動ロッドに設けられて、前記調量シリンダの中に配置されるプランジャと、
前記調量シリンダの軸線方向の第1端部に固定され、前記移動ロッドに連結されて前記プランジャを往復動させるモータと、
前記調量シリンダの前記第1端部とは軸線方向で反対側となる第2端部側に配置され、前記移動ロッドを受容可能な大きさを有するロッド用リザーバと、
前記調量シリンダと前記モータとの間で前記移動ロッドに対向して配設された第1移動ロッド軸受と、
前記調量シリンダと前記ロッド用リザーバとの間で前記移動ロッドに対向して配設された第2移動ロッド軸受と、
流体供給源から前記調量シリンダへの流路に介装された第1流入バルブ及び第2流入バルブと、
前記調量シリンダから流体圧送先への流路に介装された第1流出バルブ及び第2流出バルブと、
前記第1流入バルブ、前記第2流入バルブ、前記第1流出バルブ、前記第2流出バルブ、前記第1移動ロッド軸受、及び前記第2移動ロッド軸受のそれぞれに設けられた潤滑式シールと、
前記調量シリンダよりも上方の位置に設けられ、前記潤滑式シールに連通する潤滑剤リザーバと
を備えることを特徴とする潤滑式ポンプシステム。 - 前記潤滑式シールは、スロートシールであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の潤滑式ポンプシステム。
- 前記スロートシールのそれぞれは、バルブ部材または軸受部材の周囲に設けられる第1シールリング及び第2シールリングを備え、
前記潤滑剤リザーバから供給された潤滑剤が、前記スロートシールのそれぞれにおける前記第1シールリングと前記第2シールリングとの間の空間に充填される
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の潤滑式ポンプシステム。 - 前記潤滑剤リザーバは、実質的に上下方向に延設された流路を介して前記スロートシールのそれぞれに連通することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の潤滑式ポンプシステム。
- 前記潤滑式シールの1つは、潤滑剤で前記ロッド用リザーバが充填されるように前記ロッド用リザーバの内部に対して開放していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の潤滑式ポンプシステム。
- 前記潤滑剤は、非吸湿性オイルであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑式ポンプシステム。
