Description
Claims (18)
- 硬化剤及び主剤の2成分系である、膨脹黒鉛を含む難燃性ポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物であって、
前記硬化剤は、2価〜8価のポリエーテル系ポリオールと2価又は3価のポリエステル系ポリオールとを9:1〜1:9の重量比で含む混合物と、カルボジイミド結合を持つ改質されたメチルジフェニルジイソシアネートとを、5:5〜2.5:7.5の重量比で重合した重合生成物である、イソシアナート末端を有するプレポリマーを含み;
前記主剤は、膨脹黒鉛100重量部に対して、ホスフェート系難燃剤30〜70重量部及び無機系難燃剤5〜40重量部が混合された難燃剤と、前記難燃剤100重量部に対して、2又は3のアミン末端を有するエーテルタイプのポリオール200〜400重量部、2価又は3価のポリエステル系ポリオール及び2価〜8価のポリエーテル系ポリオール(ただし、2又は3のアミン末端を有するエーテルタイプのポリオールではない)からなる群から選択された1種以上のポリオール20〜300重量部、及び鎖延長剤として2価のアミン単量体80〜200重量部が混合されたものであることを特徴とする、
上記組成物。 - 前記硬化剤中のポリエーテル系ポリオール:ポリエステル系ポリオールが9:1〜7:3の重量比であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記硬化剤中のポリエーテル系ポリオール:ポリエステル系ポリオールが9:1〜8:2の重量比であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記硬化剤中のポリオール混合物と、前記ポリオール混合物に重合されるカルボジイミド結合を持つ改質されたメチルジフェニルジイソシアネートとの重量比が4:6〜3:7であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記硬化剤中のポリオール混合物と、前記ポリオール混合物に重合されるカルボジイミド結合を持つ改質されたメチルジフェニルジイソシアネートとの重量比が3.5:6.5〜3:7であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記プレポリマーに、難燃添加剤として、ノーマルブチルアシッドホスフェート、トリメチルホスフェート、トリフェニルホスフェート、トリクレシルホスフェート、トリエチルホスフェート又は卜リクロロプロピルホスフェートの1種以上がさらに添加されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記プレポリマーに、可塑剤として、ジイソノニルフタレート、ジイソブチルフタレート、ジブチルフタレート、ベンジルブチルフタレート、ジノーマルオクチルフタレート、ジイソデシルフタレート、ジエチルヘキシルフタレート又はプロピレンカーボネートの1種以上がさらに添加されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記主剤は、2価〜5価のアルコールとして、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール及びシクロヘキシレングリコールの中から選択された2価アルコール;トリメチロールプロパン及びグリセリンの中から選択された3価アルコール;及びペンタエリスリトール、ソルビトール、メチルグリコシド、ジグリセリン、及びスクロースの中から選択された5価以下のアルコールの中から選択されたいずれか1種以上のアルコールを5〜50重量部さらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 前記主剤は、トリエチレンジアミン、ペンタメチレンジエチルテトラミン、N−エチルモルホリン、ジエチルエタノールアミン及び1,8−ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン−7の中から選択される1種以上のアミン触媒またはオクチル酸第1錫、ジブチル錫ジラウレート及びオクチル酸鉛の中から選択される1種以上の金属触媒を0.1〜5重量部含み、あるいは前記アミン触媒と前記金属触媒を同時に含む場合、その総量が0.2〜6重量部となるように含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物。
- 硬化剤及び主剤の2成分系である、膨脹黒鉛を含む難燃性ポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物の製造方法であり、
2価〜8価のポリエーテル系ポリオールと2価又は3価のポリエステル系ポリオールとを9:1〜1:9の重量比で含む混合物と、カルボジイミド結合を持つ改質されたメチルジフェニルジイソシアネートとを、5:5〜2.5:7.5の重量比で反応器に入れた後、60〜90℃の温度で、窒素雰囲気下で撹拌しながら重合反応させ、イソシアネート末端のプレポリマーを得ることにより前記硬化剤中のプレポリマーを製造する段階;及び
膨脹黒鉛100重量部に対し、ホスフェート系難燃剤30〜70重量部、無機系難燃剤5〜40重量部を混合して難燃剤を製造し、前記混合された難燃剤100重量部に対し、2又は3のアミン末端を有するエーテルタイプのポリオール200〜400重量部、2価又は3価のポリエステル系ポリオール及び2価〜8価のポリエーテル系ポリオール(ただし、2又は3のアミン末端を有するエーテルタイプのポリオールではない)からなる群から選択された1種以上のポリオール20〜300重量部、及び鎖延長剤として2価のアミン単量体80〜200重量部を混合して主剤を製造する段階;
を含むことを特徴とする、上記製造方法。 - 前記硬化剤中のポリエーテル系ポリオール:ポリエステル系ポリオールが9:1〜7:3の重量比であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物の製造方法。
- 前記硬化剤中のポリエーテル系ポリオール:ポリエステル系ポリオールが9:1〜8:2の重量比であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物の製造方法。
- 前記硬化剤中のポリオール混合物と、前記ポリオール混合物に重合するカルボジイミド結合を持つ改質されたメチルジフェニルジイソシアネートとの重量比が4:6〜3:7であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物の製造方法。

- 前記主剤の製造段階は、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール及びシクロヘキシレングリコールの中から選択された2価アルコール;トリメチロールプロパン及びグリセリンの中から選択された3価アルコール;及びペンタエリスリトール、メチルグリコシド、ジグリセリン、ソルビトール及びスクロースの中から選択された5価以下のアルコールの中から選択されたいずれか1種以上のアルコールを5〜50重量部添加する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のポリウレタン−ウレアハイブリッドコーティング剤組成物の製造方法。
