Claims (4)
- 多相交流電源を入力とし、この多相交流電源の相毎に接続される複数の双方向スイッチを有する電力変換回路と、
前記双方向スイッチの状態を制御し、前記電力変換回路から負荷側に出力する相間電圧にかかる前記多相交流電源の2つの相の組み合わせを切り替えるスイッチング制御回路と、
前記電力変換回路の出力側に接続した共振回路と、を備え、
前記スイッチング制御回路は、負荷側に相間電圧を出力する2つの相の組み合わせの切り替え時に、この切り替えにかかる前記双方向スイッチの状態をソフトスイッチングで行い、
前記共振回路の共振周波数は、前記スイッチング制御回路による前記双方向スイッチの状態制御によって前記電力変換回路から負荷側に出力する相間電圧の周波数と同じである、電力変換装置。 - 前記電力変換回路は、前記双方向スイッチに並列に接続したコンデンサを有する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記双方向スイッチは、逆並列接続した2つのスイッチング素子を有し、前記コンデンサを前記スイッチング素子のコレクタ−エミッタ間に接続している、請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記スイッチング制御回路は、負荷側に相間電圧を出力する2つの相の組み合わせの切り替え時に、この切り替えにかかる前記双方向スイッチが有する前記スイッチング素子を順番にソフトスイッチングで状態の切り替えを行う、請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。
