特に、図1の「A」で示された領域のように、通電する互いに異なる回路、即ち、内部電極3と外部電極端子5が互いに近接する上下付近、特に境界付近で寄生キャパシタンスが集中的に発生するという問題があった。

Claims (5)
- 垂直区間及び水平区間からなる外部電極端子(50)と、前記外部電極端子(50)の垂直区間が側面で接続される複数の内部電極(30)と、前記内部電極の下に配置されて前記内部電極の少なくとも一部に接する第1の絶縁層と、前記外部電極端子(50)の水平区間と前記内部電極(30)との間の離隔空間に形成され、且つ前記外部電極端子(50)の水平区間の下面に接して配置されて、寄生キャパシタンス成分を減少させるためのフェライト樹脂材料のみからなるフェライト樹脂層(60)と、を含むことを特徴とする薄膜型コモンモードフィルタ。
- 絶縁材質からなるベース基板(10)と、
前記ベース基板(10)上に形成される第1絶縁層(20)と、
前記第1絶縁層(20)上に形成されるコイル形状の複数の内部電極(30)と、
前記内部電極(30)上に形成される第2絶縁層(40)と、
前記内部電極(30)の側面で接続される垂直区間、及び前記垂直区間の上部端から水平方向に延長され、内部電極(30)と所定距離離れた平行面を形成する水平区間からなる外部電極端子(50)と、
前記外部電極端子(50)の水平区間と内部電極(30)との間に形成されたフェライト樹脂材料のみからなるフェライト樹脂層(60)と、を含み、
前記第1絶縁層は、前記内部電極の少なくとも一部に接し、
前記フェライト樹脂層(60)は前記外部電極端子(50)の水平区間の下面に接して配置されることを特徴とする薄膜型コモンモードフィルタ。 - 前記ベース基板(10)は、フェライトからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薄膜型コモンモードフィルタ。
- 前記第1絶縁層(20)及び第2絶縁層(40)は、ポリイミド、エポキシ樹脂、ベンゾシクロブテン(BCB)またはその他の高分子ポリマーから選択される一つからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薄膜型コモンモードフィルタ。
- 前記内部電極(30)は、一定間隔離隔された複層構造からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薄膜型コモンモードフィルタ。
