Description
Claims (7)
- 潤滑油の流れを圧送するための、その圧送量に関して制御可能なポンプ(2)と、
潤滑油タンク(3)と、
内燃機関または歯車装置である、潤滑されるべき構成要素(4)と、
上記潤滑油の流れの量を制限するために、上記ポンプ(2)と潤滑されるべき上記構成要素(4)との間で且つ上記ポンプ(2)の下流に位置するように管路(11)に設けられた絞り(5)であって、当該絞り(5)を通過させる量を調整することで、当該絞り(5)で発生する圧力差を調整可能な絞り(5)と、
上記管路(11)に設けられ、上記絞り(5)での上記圧力差に応じて上記ポンプ(2)の圧送量を調整するために構成されたポンプ用調整装置(6)と、
上記潤滑油タンク(3)の下流で且つ上記ポンプ(2)の上流に位置するフィルタ(9)と、
を備え、
上記絞り(5)は、ピストン(13)を有し且つ電子制御装置(10)によって制御される絞り用調整装置(12)を備え、
上記絞り用調整装置(12)は、上記ピストン(13)が上記管路(11)に入り込む第1位置と当該管路(11)から引き抜かれる第2位置との間で移動可能となるように上記電子制御装置(10)によって制御される潤滑システム(1)。 - 請求項1記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記絞り(5)は、2つのスイッチング位置を有する切換可能な弁として、又は、比例弁として構成されていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記絞り(5)は、約5L/minと約30L/minとの間で、規定された潤滑油の通過量が生じるように調整可能であることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記ポンプ用調整装置(6)は、一方では上記絞り(5)の上流で、また、他方では上記絞り(5)の下流で、当該潤滑システム(1)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記ポンプ用調整装置(6)は、上記ポンプ(2)の圧送量を制御する、ピストン(8)が設けられた調整室(14)を備えており、
上記絞り(5)での圧力差が高い場合には、上記ポンプ用調整装置(6)が、上記ポンプ(2)の圧送量を減少させるとともに、圧力差が低い場合には、上記ポンプ(2)の圧送量を増加させることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記ポンプ(2)は、ベーンポンプとして、又は、振り子スライダーポンプとして構成されていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システム(1)を備える、内燃機関または歯車装置。
