Description
Claims (8)
- 潤滑油の流れを圧送するためのポンプ(2)と、
潤滑油タンク(3)と、
潤滑されるべき構成要素(4)と、
上記潤滑油の流れの量を制限するために、上記ポンプ(2)と上記潤滑されるべき構成要素(4)との間で且つ上記ポンプ(2)の下流に置かれる隔膜(5)と、
上記隔膜(5)の上流に広がっている潤滑油圧力に応じて開閉し、それによって上記隔膜(5)の前に広がっている潤滑油圧力を調整する調整弁(6)と、
を備え、
上記調整弁(6)は、入力側で上記ポンプ(2)の出力側に接続されるとともに、出力側で上記潤滑油タンク(3)を介さず上記ポンプ(2)の入力側に直接的に接続されていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 潤滑油の流れを圧送するためのポンプ(2)と、
潤滑油タンク(3)と、
潤滑されるべき構成要素(4)と、
上記潤滑油の流れの量を制限するために、上記ポンプ(2)と上記潤滑されるべき構成要素(4)との間で且つ上記ポンプ(2)の下流に置かれる隔膜(5)と、
上記隔膜(5)の上流に広がっている潤滑油圧力に応じて開閉し、それによって上記隔膜(5)の前に広がっている潤滑油圧力を調整する調整弁(6)と、
を備え、
上記調整弁(6)は、閉じた調整弁(6)の場合には、第1入力側で上記ポンプ(2)の出力側に接続され、第2入力側で上記ポンプ(2)の調整室(10)に接続されるとともに、出力側で上記潤滑油タンク(3)に接続されていて、これにより、上記調整室(10)を空にでき、及び/又は
上記調整弁(6)は、少なくとも部分的に開いた調整弁(6)の場合には、入力側で上記ポンプ(2)の出力側に接続されるとともに、出力側で上記ポンプ(2)の調整室(10)に接続され、それによって上記ポンプ(2)の圧送量が調整されることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜2のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記ポンプ(2)は、ベーンポンプとして又は振り子スライダーポンプとして構成されていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記隔膜(5)は、潤滑油の一定量の通過を可能にすることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記隔膜(5)は、通過させる量に関して調整可能であることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項5記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記調整弁(6)は、バネで力を加えられ、それによってその閉方向に圧縮力が加えられる弁スライダ(8)を有していることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項6記載の潤滑システムにおいて、
上記弁スライダ(8)は、一方では上記隔膜(5)の上流で、また、他方では上記隔膜(5)の下流で、上記潤滑システム(1)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑システム(1)を備える、内燃機関または歯車装置。
