Claims (8)
- 海上構造物の構造体表面に設置される親水塗料層、および
前記親水塗料層が積層された前記構造体表面に積層される防水コート層を含み、
前記防水コート層は前記構造体表面の欠陥によりクラックが発生して前記親水塗料層を外部に露出させ、
前記親水塗料層は、親水性塗料を含む格子チャネルの形で積層され、
前記親水性塗料は、親水性コロイド粒子を含む、海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。 - 前記格子チャネルは、第1方向に配置される第1方向チャネルと、前記第1方向チャネルとずれる第2方向に配置されて前記第1方向チャネルと交差する第2方向チャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
- 前記親水塗料層は、乾燥状態で積層され、前記構造体表面に発生する欠陥によって損傷する前記防水コート層のクラックを通じて流入する水分によって溶解する、請求項1又は2に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
- 前記親水塗料層は、前記防水コート層のクラック部位を通じて流入する水分によって色相が発現されるか色相が変化する、請求項3に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
- 前記格子チャネルは毛細管チャネルで形成され、前記毛細管チャネルは、前記防水コート層の前記クラックを通じて流入する水分を吸収して毛細管現象を利用して前記構造体表面に沿って前記水分を移動させる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
- 前記格子チャネルは、前記構造体表面の下部では間隙が狭く、前記構造体表面の上部では間隙が広くなるツリー構造の形状を具備する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
- 前記親水塗料層と前記防水コート層は、前記海上構造物のハル表面に積層され、
前記親水塗料層の端部は前記海上構造物の喫水上部まで延長される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。 - 前記親水塗料層は、乾燥状態で積層され、前記構造体表面に発生する欠陥によって損傷する前記防水コート層の前記クラックを通じて流入する水分によって前記海上構造物のハル表面色相の補色に該当する色で発現されるか変化される、請求項7に記載の海上構造物の表面欠陥識別装置。
