Description
溶液に溶解された空気を除去するために、親水性アクリレート小分子単量体混合液に窒素を注入し、60分後、窒素圧で前記溶液をモールドに移し、さらに高温で厚さ約3mmのシート状の親水性ポリアクリレート材料を製作してから、前記シート状の親水性ポリアクリレート材料を円形の粗製レンズに切削する。
図1及び図2により、本参考例は植込み型近視用レンズを提供し、レンズ本体1及びレンズ本体1の縁に沿って切削された4つのシート状の支持アーム2を備え、支持アーム2は細くて短い接続部及び平たい支持部を備え、接続部はレンズ本体1の縁と接続し、支持アーム2の平面とレンズ本体1の平面との夾角が10〜20度の範囲にあることにより、レンズ全体が類球状を現し、レンズ本体1に透明な導光領域3が設けられ、透明な導光領域3は直径4.5〜6.0mm、中心厚さ0.05〜0.25mmの凹レンズであり、レンズ本体1及び支持アーム2はともに同じの親水性ポリアクリレート材料で作られる。
図3及び図4により、実施形態は植込み型近視用レンズを提供し、レンズ本体5及びレンズ本体5の縁に沿って切削された4つのシート状の支持アーム6を備え、支持アーム6は細くて短い接続部及び平たい支持部を備え、接続部はレンズ本体5の縁と接続し、支持アーム6の内縁からレンズ本体5の縁までの間隔が実施形態1における支持アーム2の内縁からレンズ本体1の縁までの間隔より小さく、人の目に植えこまれた後、支持アーム6のスイング範囲がより狭く、支持アーム6の平面とレンズ本体5の平面との夾角が10〜20度の範囲にあることにより、レンズ全体が類球状を現し、レンズ本体5に透明な導光領域7が設けられ、透明な導光領域7は直径4.5〜6.0mm、中心厚さ0.05〜0.25mmの凹レンズであり、レンズ本体5及び支持アーム6はともに同じの親水性ポリアクリレート材料で作られる。
予め調製された親水性アクリレート小分子単量体混合液を3Lの三口ガラス瓶に入れ、溶液に溶解された空気を除去するために窒素を注入し、約60分後、窒素圧でこの小分子単量体混合液をモールドに移し、さらに高温で厚さ約3mm、長さ10.5インチ、幅さ9.5インチのシート状の親水性ポリアクリレート材料を製作してから、上記のシート状材料を円形の粗製レンズに切削する。

- 一方向に細長く且つ前記一方向に対して傾斜した外縁部を四隅に有するレンズ本体、及び、前記レンズ本体の前記一方向の両端から突出し且つ前記レンズ本体の中心に対して点対称に配置された4つのシート状の支持アームを備え、
前記支持アームは、前記レンズ本体の前記外縁部に沿うように形成された支持部及び前記支持部よりも細くて短い接続部を備え、前記接続部は前記レンズ本体の前記外縁部の前記レンズ本体の中心から前記一方向に遠い方の端部と前記支持部とを接続し、
前記支持アームの平面と前記レンズ本体の平面との夾角が10〜20度の範囲にあることにより、レンズ全体が類球状を現し、
前記レンズ本体に透明な導光領域が設けられ、前記導光領域は前記レンズ本体の前記導光領域でない領域によって全周を囲まれており、
前記レンズ本体及び前記支持アームはともに親水性ポリアクリレート材料で作られ、
前記レンズ本体には、前記透明な導光領域に位置しない複数の貫通穴が設けられ、
前記複数の貫通穴には、
前記4つの支持アームに対応して、前記レンズ本体の前記一方向の両端に前記レンズ本体の中心に対して点対称に設けられた4つの線形の貫通穴と、
前記一方向に前記導光領域を挟む位置であって、前記一方向に延びた前記レンズ本体の中心軸上に設けられた2つの円形の貫通穴とが含まれ、
前記4つの線形の貫通穴は、前記レンズ本体の前記外縁部に沿うように前記一方向に対して傾斜した方向に延在していることを特徴とする植込み型近視用レンズ。 - 前記親水性ポリアクリレート材料は、メタクリル酸2-ヒドロキシエチルとアクリル酸アルキルエステル誘導体との共重合により生成したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植込み型近視用レンズ。
- 前記親水性ポリアクリレート材料は、アルキルアクリレート、アルキルメタクリレートとスチレンとの共重合により生成したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植込み型近視用レンズ。
- 前記親水性ポリアクリレート材料は、紫外線吸収剤及びブルーレイ吸収剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の植込み型近視用レンズ。
