Description
このために、ベントプレート32は、下部に向かって突出した段差部32cと、段差部32cの中心からサブプレートに向かって下へ突出した接続突起32aと、接続突起32aの周辺に形成された切欠32bとを有する。切欠32bは、二次電池100の内部圧力の上昇時に破断可能に多様な形態で形成され得る。本実施形態にかかる切欠は、接続突起32aの周辺に形成された内側円切欠32baと、内側円切欠32baから外側に放射状に伸びた放射状の切欠32bbと、放射状の切欠32bbの外側端に連結された外側円切欠32bcとを含んで構成される。
また、ミドルプレート52は、微細電流伝達部材53とサブプレート34との間に配置される。より詳細には、ミドルプレート52は、絶縁部材51および微細電流伝達部材53とサブプレート34との間に配置される。

Claims (11)
- 正極と負極とを含む電極アセンブリと、
前記電極アセンブリを内蔵するケースと、
前記ケースと結合され、前記電極アセンブリに電気的に連結されるキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記キャップ組立体は、電気的に接触する第1部材および第2部材と、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に配置され、前記第1部材および前記2部材よりも大きい抵抗を有し、前記第1部材および前記第2部材に電気的に連結された微細電流伝達部材とを含み、
前記第1部材は、電極アセンブリと電気的に連結されたサブプレートからなり、前記第2部材は、前記サブプレートに溶接で接合された接続突起を有するベントプレートからなり、
前記ベントプレートと前記サブプレートとの間にはミドルプレートが設けられ、前記ミドルプレートには、前記電極アセンブリと電気的に連結されたリード部材が接合され、前記微細電流伝達部材は、前記ミドルプレートと前記ベントプレートとの間に配置され、
前記ベントプレートと前記ミドルプレートとの間には絶縁部材が設けられ、前記絶縁部材には、載置ホールが形成され、前記微細電流伝達部材は、前記載置ホールに挿設され、前記ベントプレートと前記ミドルプレートとを電気的に連結しており、
前記微細電流伝達部材は、100Ω〜10000Ωの抵抗を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1部材および前記第2部材は、板状のアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部材は、前記第1部材に溶接された接続突起を含み、第2部材には、予め設定された圧力で変形可能に切欠が形成され、
前記絶縁部材には、前記接続突起が挿入される貫通ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記微細電流伝達部材は、導電性カーボンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記微細電流伝達部材は、ポリマーと、前記ポリマー内に分散した導電性粒子とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記導電性粒子は、金属粒子またはカーボン粒子からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記微細電流伝達部材は、前記ミドルプレートよりも大きい抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ミドルプレートと前記絶縁部材には、通気ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベントプレートは、予め設定された圧力で変形可能に切欠が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ミドルプレートと前記絶縁部材には、前記接続突起が挿入される貫通ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、ベース板と、前記ベース板の側端から上下に突出した側壁と、前記側壁の上端から外側に拡張された支持部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
