Claims (5)
- 水晶素板の主面に励振用の電極を持った厚み滑り水晶振動子において、前記主面の一主面あるいは両主面の励振用電極上に、外周から中心に向かって徐々に間隔 が狭くなるように、複数の凸型電極が形成されていることを特徴とする水晶振動子。
- 凸型電極は、水晶素板の厚みの2〜10%に相当する厚さに対して凸型電極と水晶の密度の比を掛けた一定の厚さである請求項1記載の水晶振動子。
- 凸型電極の形状を、外周から中心に向かって徐々に幅が広くなる同心円または同心楕円のリング状とした請求項1記載の水晶振動子。
- 凸型電極の形状を、厚み滑り振動の変位方向と直交する方向に一次元的に周囲から中央に向かって幅が徐々に広くなる複数の帯状とした請求項1記載の水晶振動子。
- リング状あるいは帯状の凸型電極において、夫々の幅を一定とし、隣り合う凸型電極間の隙間を外周から中心に向かって徐々に狭めた請求項1記載の水晶振動子。
