Claims (4)
- タンク本体として成形される溶融状態の樹脂に、熱可塑性樹脂製の付属部品を溶着する溶着方法であって、
前記付属部品を、環状を呈する環状部及び前記環状部から内径方向に突出する複数の凸部を備えるように形成し、
前記環状部及び前記凸部を前記溶融状態の樹脂に押入して溶着させる押入工程を含むことを特徴とする溶着方法。 - 前記タンク本体を成形する成形型に前記付属部品を保持させる保持工程を含み、
前記押入工程では、前記タンク本体の成形時に前記溶融状態の樹脂の外面に前記付属部品を溶着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶着方法。 - 樹脂製のタンク本体の壁面に溶着される熱可塑性樹脂製の付属部品の溶着構造であって、
前記付属部品は、環状を呈する環状部及び前記環状部から内径方向に突出する複数の凸部を有し、前記環状部及び前記凸部が前記壁面に溶着されていることを特徴とする溶着構造。 - 複数の前記凸部は、周方向に等間隔で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶着構造。
