Description
本願は、2016年2月24日に米国特許商標庁に提出された米国出願第15/052,227号「炉装置」に優先権を主張する。上記の参照された特許出願の明細書は、その全文を引用により本願に組み込む。
Claims (10)
- 固形廃棄物を焼却するように構成される炉装置であって、
上側熱分解部と下側燃焼部とを備えるチャンバと、
前記チャンバの上部に配置され、固形廃棄物を前記下側燃焼部に供給するように構成される固形廃棄物供給入口と、
前記チャンバの下部に固定して接続され、前記下側燃焼部内の前記固形廃棄物の燃焼用に空気を受け入れる複数の吸気管と、
前記チャンバの下部に固定して接続され、前記吸気管に対向して配置され、前記下側燃焼部から燃焼空気を排出する複数の排気管と、を備え、
複数の磁石が前記吸気管および前記排気管に動作可能に装着され、前記受け入れた空気内に存在する常磁性酸素が前記磁石を介して濃縮され、前記濃縮された酸素が前記下側燃焼部内に生成されるプラズマに導入されて、前記燃焼工程を加速させ、前記固形廃棄物に存在する毒性物質を酸化させる、炉装置。 - 前記固形廃棄物供給入口は、略直方体形状の供給シュートとして画定され、前記供給シュートを開放して前記固形廃棄物を受け入れるように構成される上側被覆板と、前記下側燃焼部内での前記燃焼工程中、閉位置で前記上側被覆板を厳密に閉じるように構成されるトグルクランプと、を備える、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記固形廃棄物供給入口の下方に配置される上側エアロックをさらに備え、前記上側エアロックが、排気が前記下側燃焼部内から前記固形廃棄物供給入口へ流れるのを防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記下側燃焼部に隣接して配置される点火チャンバをさらに備え、点火誘発材が前記点火チャンバに装填され、着火させて、前記固形廃棄物の燃焼のために前記下側燃焼部に導入される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記下側燃焼部の下方に配置される滴受けチャンバをさらに備え、前記滴受けチャンバが、前記下側燃焼部から滴り落ちる燃焼廃棄物を回収するように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記下側燃焼部の下部に配置される下側攪拌装置をさらに備え、前記下側攪拌装置が、前記燃焼工程中に前記固形廃棄物を攪拌するように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記下側燃焼部の下方に配置される下側エアロックをさらに備え、前記下側エアロックが、前記下側燃焼部の下部を通る燃焼空気の放出を防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記上側熱分解部および前記下側燃焼部内に配置されるコイル部をさらに備え、前記コイル部が、伝導によって熱を伝え、前記固形廃棄物の燃焼を助け、前記チャンバの壁の過熱を防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 前記チャンバに隣接して配置される通路をさらに備え、前記通路が、ユーザがチャンバの上方に登り、前記固形廃棄物供給入口の前記上側被覆板を開放して、前記固形廃棄物を供給できるように構成される、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
- 燃焼空気排出アセンブリをさらに備え、
前記燃焼空気排出アセンブリが、
前記排気管から上方に延在し、前記下側燃焼部と流体連通する煙突と、
前記煙突内の所定位置に配置され、前記下側燃焼部から燃焼ガスを吸引し排出する誘因通風を提供するように構成される送風機と、
前記送風機の上方に所定距離をおいて配置され、粒子状物質と前記排出される燃焼空気とを分離するように構成されるスクラバーと、を備える、請求項1に記載の炉装置。
