Description
○混合物を液滴状に変換、好適には継続的に変換する;
○液滴状に変換する工程で得られた液滴を、混合物の融点よりも100℃低い温度から10℃低い温度の範囲、好適には混合物の融点よりも30℃低い温度範囲で冷却する;
○冷却した混合物の造粒を任意に行う。
・固形粒子(P)の溶解物を成型キャビティに供給し、または含浸システムによって織物に粉体を施与し、
・射出成型システム、プレス成型、成型キャビティの回転(回転成型)、溶射、粉体被覆、流動化ベッドか焼、または繊維あるいは織物への施与、及び赤外線照射またはレーザ照射による溶融によって120℃〜250℃に加熱することによって粒子(P)を重合する。
85℃で8.44kg/hの搬送率を有するεカプロラクタムが、95.2質量%のεカプロラクタム及び4.8質量%のカプロラクタムナトリウムで構成された溶液とともに、スタティックミキサで連続的に混合された。この溶液は、4.25kg/hの搬送率で添加された。混合物の温度は、80℃までに制御された。80質量%のN、N’−ヘキサメチレンビス(カルバモイル−ε−カプロラクタム)及び20質量%のカプロラクタムで構成された溶液を0.55kg/hの搬送率で添加した後、生成された混合物が、窒素で不活性化された噴射塔(造粒塔とも称される)内に2つの液体ノズルで噴射された。噴射塔内の気相の温度は、25℃であった。160μmの平均寸法を有する粒子が得られた。
実施例1において生成された固形モノマー組成物は、1か月間、保管された。重合反応は、実施例1で開示されているように実行された。得られたポリアミドの残留するモノマーの含有量は、カプロラクタムが1.15質量%であり、その固有の粘性は305であった。

Claims (4)
- 50〜99.7重量部の少なくとも一種のラクタム(L)、2.4〜8重量部の少なくとも一種の活性剤(A)、及び0.54〜3.6重量部の少なくとも一種の触媒(K)を含有する混合物を冷却する工程を有し、
50〜99.7重量部の少なくとも一種のラクタム(L)、0.2〜8重量部の少なくとも一種の活性剤(A)、及び0.1〜3.6重量部の少なくとも一種の触媒(K)を含有し、粒子の平均径が、50〜500μmの範囲であり、粒子の径は光散乱により測定され、測定された径が体積平均径となる固形粒子(P)を製造する方法において、
a)混合物に含まれる最も融点の高いラクタムモノマーの融点から、混合物に含まれる最も融点の高いラクタムモノマーの融点を50℃上回る温度で、成分(L)、(K)及び(A)、及び任意に添加されるさらなる成分を混合し、
b)混合物を液滴状に変換し、
c)工程b)で得られた液滴を、混合物の融点よりも100℃低い温度から10℃低い温度の範囲で冷却し、
d)冷却した混合物の造粒を任意に行い、
前記工程c)の冷却が、前記混合物を噴射することによって行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 液滴状への変換に先行する反応中の変換率が、0〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固形粒子(P)を製造する方法。
- 工程c)での冷却が、0.001秒〜10分の範囲内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固形粒子(P)の製造方法。
- 工程c)での冷却が、0.001秒〜1分の範囲内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固形粒子(P)の製造方法。
