Description
(A)少なくとも1種のラクタム、
(B)少なくとも1種の触媒、
(C)少なくとも1種の活性剤、及び
(D)少なくとも1種の繊維材料
を含む重合可能な混合物(pM)の製造方法により達成され、
当該方法は、押出機中で、少なくとも500s-1のずり速度で、成分(A)、(B)、(C)及び(D)を配合する(compounding)ことを含む。
a)押出機中に、成分(A)及び(D)を含む第1の混合物(M1)を提供する工程と、
b)押出機中の第1の混合物(M1)に成分(C)を添加して、押出機中の第2の混合物(M2)を得る工程と、
c)押出機中の第2の混合物(M2)に成分(B)を添加して、押出機中の重合可能な混合物(pM)を得る工程と
を含む。
a)押出機中に、成分(A)及び(D)を含む第1の混合物(M1)を提供する工程と、
b)押出機中の第1の混合物(M1)に成分(C)を添加して、押出機中の第2の混合物(M2)を得る工程と、
c)押出機中の第2の混合物(M2)に成分(B)を添加して、押出機中の重合可能な混合物(pM)を得る工程と
を含む。
d)工程c)で得られる重合可能な混合物(pM)をペレット化し、ペレット化された重合可能な混合物(gpM)を得る工程
を行う。

押出機の第1のセクション(I)には、第1の温度(T1)を有し、第2のセクション(II)には、第2の温度(T2)を有し、第3のセクション(III)には、第3の温度(T3)を有し、第2の温度(T2)が105~220℃の範囲にある。

(II)第2のセクション、及び
(III)第3のセクション、
を含む、方法を提供し、
押出機の第1のセクション(I)には、第1の温度(T1)を有し、第2のセクション(II)には、第2の温度(T2)を有し、第3のセクション(III)には、第3の温度(T3)を有し、第2の温度(T2)が105~220℃の範囲にある。
本発明において、本発明の方法により得られた重合可能な混合物(pM)は、成分(A)である少なくとも1種のラクタム、(B)である少なくとも1種の触媒、(C)である少なくとも1種の活性剤、及び(D)である少なくとも1種の繊維材料を含む。
本発明における成分(A)は少なくとも1種ラクタムである。
本発明における成分(B)は少なくとも1種の触媒である。
本発明における成分(C)は、少なくとも1種の活性剤である。
本発明における成分(D)は、少なくとも1種の繊維材料である。
a1)押出機中に成分(A)を導入する工程と、
a2)押出機中の成分(A)に、粗紡、細断されたガラス繊維、粉砕されたガラス繊維及びプリプレグからなる群から選択される形態で、好ましくは粗紡、細断されたガラス繊維及びプリプレグからなる群から選択される形態での成分(D)を添加する工程と、
a3)押出機中で、成分(A)及び(D)を配合して、第1の混合物(M1)を得る工程と
を含む。
a1)押出機中に成分(A)を導入する工程と、
a2)押出機中の成分(A)に、粗紡、細断されたガラス繊維、粉砕されたガラス繊維及びプリプレグからなる群から選択される形態での成分(D)を添加する工程と、
a3)押出機中で、成分(A)及び(D)を配合して、第1の混合物(M1)を得る工程と
を含む。
本発明の重合可能な混合物(pM)は、ポリアミド(P)の製造に使用することができる。
Claims (13)
- 以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のラクタム、
(B)少なくとも1種の触媒、
(C)少なくとも1種の活性剤、及び
(D)少なくとも1種の繊維材料
を含む重合可能な混合物(pM)の製造方法であって、
押出機中で、少なくとも500s-1のずり速度で、成分(A)、(B)、(C)及び成分(D)を混合することを含み、
前記押出機中で成分(A)、(B)、(C)及び成分(D)を混合することが、以下の工程:
a)前記押出機中に、成分(A)及び(D)を含む第1の混合物(M1)を提供する工程と、
b)前記押出機中の前記第1の混合物(M1)に成分(C)を添加して、前記押出機中で第2の混合物(M2)を得る工程と、
c)前記押出機中の前記第2の混合物(M2)に成分(B)を添加して、前記押出機中で重合可能な混合物(pM)を得る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 工程c)の後、以下の工程
d)工程c)で得られる前記重合可能な混合物(pM)をペレット化し、ペレット化された重合可能な混合物(gpM)を得る工程
を行う、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 工程c)で成分(B)を添加することから、工程d)でペレット化された重合可能な混合物(gpM)を得ることまでの間にかかる時間が、10分以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)及び工程c)が同時に行われる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記押出機が、少なくとも以下のセクション:
(I)第1のセクション、
(II)第2のセクション、及び
(III)第3のセクション
を含み、
前記押出機の第1のセクション(I)中で第1の温度(T1)を有し、前記押出機の第2のセクション(II)中で第2の温度(T2)を有し、前記押出機の第3のセクション(III)中で第3の温度(T3)を有し、前記第2の温度(T2)が105℃~220℃の範囲にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記押出機の第1のセクション(I)中で20℃~70℃の範囲の第1の温度(T1)を有し、及び/又は、前記押出機の第3のセクション(III)中で20℃から105℃未満の範囲の第3の温度(T3)を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記押出機の第2のセクション(II)が、2~10個の混錬ゾーン及び1~10個の搬送ゾーンを備え、及び/又は、前記押出機の第3のセクション(III)が、1~5個の混合ゾーン、1~5個の混錬ゾーン、2~10個の搬送ゾーン、及び1~5個の流れ制限ゾーンを備える、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記重合可能な混合物(pM)が、いずれの場合にも前記重合可能な混合物(pM)の総質量に基づいて、28.5~90質量%の成分(A)、1~20質量%の成分(B)、0.5~10質量%の成分(C)、及び8.5~70質量%の成分(D)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(D)が、ガラス繊維材料、炭素繊維材料、アラミド繊維材料、ポリ(p-フェニレン-2,6-ベンゾビスオキサゾール)繊維材料、ホウ素繊維材料、金属繊維材料、及びチタン酸カリウム繊維材料からなる群から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合可能な混合物(pM)中に含まれる成分(D)が、10~1000μmの範囲の長さの個別の繊維の形態を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合可能な混合物(pM)が成分(E)である少なくとも1種の増粘剤も含み、成分(E)が、熱可塑性のポリスチレン、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニルエーテル、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン及びナノフィラーからなる群から選択される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド(P)の製造方法であって、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができる重合可能な混合物(pM)を重合させてポリアミド(P)を得る、方法。
- ポリアミド(P)の製造のために、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができる重合可能な混合物(pM)を使用する方法。
