また、上記の表4及び図3に示すように、物理的・化学的風化確認目的の実験の酸化還元電位(表4中の4〜6)としては、初期値(水道水)が419mVであるのに対し、循環(非加圧)7分後が543mV、15分後が893mV、30分後が896mV、45分後が900mV、60分後が903mVという結果になった。
このように構成した機能性水製造装置100によれば、前記ミネラル溶出手段2において、気液混合水に、オゾンの酸化反応による化学的風化、及びナノバブルの挙動による物理的風化の両方を使用して天然鉱物からミネラル成分を溶出させることができる。また、前記オゾンガスをナノバブルにすることで、水中におけるオゾンガスを、ガス状態で長期に渡って維持することができ、オゾンガスによる殺菌効果を長期に渡って維持することができる。さらに、ナノバブル化したオゾンガスを含む気液混合水を、逆浸透膜手段等を介さずに加圧溶解手段1からミネラル溶出手段2に直接導入しているので、被処理水が潜在的に有するミネラル成分を失うことなく、天然鉱物からのミネラル成分を加えることができる。

Claims (2)
- 水にオゾンガスをナノバブル化して、気液混合水を生成する工程と、ミネラル成分溶出手段において前記気液混合水を天然鉱物に接触させ、当該天然鉱物のミネラル成分を溶出させる工程とを備えた機能性水製造方法において、
前記ミネラル溶出手段の容積を、前記水の送水量の2〜5分の滞留時間により設定し、
前記天然鉱物の充填量を、前記水の潜在的なミネラル成分に基づいて、目的の基準値に応じて、前記天然鉱物の粒度又は体積により調整し、
前記気液混合水の酸化還元電位が650mV以上となるように前記気液混合水の温度に応じて前記オゾンガスの注入量を制御する機能性水製造方法。 - 前記ミネラル溶出手段における前記気液混合水の滞留時間を、ミネラルと共存する金属イオンの溶出が水道水基準に定められた数値を超えることがない時間で管理する請求項1記載の機能性水製造方法。
