Claims (5)
- 油圧ダンパ(1)であって、
作動液が充填されたチューブ(2)と、
前記チューブ(2)内に摺動可能に配置されるとともに、封止ピストンロッドガイド(5)を通って前記油圧ダンパ(1)の外部へと案内されるピストンロッド(4)に取り付けられており、前記チューブ(2)を反発チャンバ(7)と圧縮チャンバ(9)とに分割するメインピストンアセンブリ(3)と、
前記油圧ダンパ(1)の反発ストローク及び圧縮ストロークの際に前記チューブ(2)内の作動液の流れを制御する反発バルブアセンブリ(31)及び圧縮バルブアセンブリ(32)と、
前記チューブ(2)の少なくとも一端に配置される追加ストロークストップ構成(11)と、
を備え、
前記追加ストロークストップ構成(11)は、
前記チューブ(2)の直径より直径が小さく、前記チューブ(2)への入口(125)の開口を有する狭窄部分(124)であって、断面積が前記狭窄部分(124)に沿って前記入口(125)から減少していく少なくとも一つの軸方向溝(122)が少なくとも部分的に形成される狭窄部分(124)と、
前記チューブ(2)の前記狭窄部分(124)に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記チューブ(2)の前記少なくとも一端に固定されるバネ(14)と、
前記チューブ(2)の直径より直径が小さく、前記メインピストンアセンブリ(3)とともに移動可能であり、前記チューブ(2)の前記狭窄部分(124)において摺動可能に配置されるよう構成されており、追加減衰力を生成するために前記バネ(14)と係合するよう構成されている追加ピストンアセンブリ(13)と、
を有し、
前記追加ピストンアセンブリ(13)は、
前記メインピストンアセンブリ(3)に対して遠位側にある形状加工スリーブ(134)と、
前記チューブ(2)の前記狭窄部分(124)の内壁で摺動係合を形成するよう構成される封止リング(133)と、
前記メインピストンアセンブリ(3)に対して近位側にある支持スリーブ(132)と、
を更に有し、
前記封止リング(133)は、前記形状加工スリーブ(134)の内側軸方向リム(1343)を囲み、前記支持スリーブ(132)と前記形状加工スリーブ(134)の外側軸方向リム(1344)との間で軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記内側軸方向リム(1343)は、前記外側軸方向リム(1344)が形成する少なくとも一つの径方向チャネル(1342)と流体連通状態にある、少なくとも一つの軸方向流路(1341)を形成し、
前記チューブ(2)の前記狭窄部分(124)の前記入口(125)は、前記狭窄部分(124)へと延びるとともに前記少なくとも一つの軸方向溝(122)と連結される少なくとも一つの径方向溝(121)を有する、
油圧ダンパ。 - 前記チューブ(2)の前記狭窄部分(124)は、挿入体(12)の態様であり、プラスチック製である、
