前記ガスを前記装置に供給する供給部と、

前記受け部に、前記粒子を含む前記液体が排出される排出部が設けられ、
前記フィルタは、巻かれた第1の部分と、巻かれた第2の部分と、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に位置するとともに前記排出部から排出された前記液体が通過する第3の部分と、を形成し、
前記粒子除去部は、前記フィルタの前記第3の部分の重さを検知する検知部と、前記第3の部分の重さに応じて前記第1の部分から前記第2の部分に前記フィルタを送らせる搬送部と、をさらに有する、
ガス再利用装置。 - 前記粒子除去部は、前記フィルタにより濾過された前記液体を前記噴射部に供給する液体供給部をさらに有する、請求項1のガス再利用装置。
- 前記液体除去部は、前記ガスに含まれる前記液体を加熱する加熱部を有する、請求項1又は請求項2のガス再利用装置。
- 前記供給部は、前記液体除去部を通った前記ガスに混合された、当該ガスと異なる成分の気体を除去する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一つのガス再利用装置。
- 装置から排出された粒子を含むガスにミスト状の液体を接触させ、前記粒子を含んで前記ガスと混在した前記液体を前記ガスから除去する粒子除去部と、
前記粒子除去部を通った前記ガスから前記液体を除去する液体除去部と、
前記ガスを前記装置に供給する供給部と、
を具備し、
前記液体は、液化した前記ガスである、
ガス再利用装置。 - 前記ガスが窒素である請求項5のガス再利用装置。
- 前記粒子除去部は、前記ガスの流れを収束させる収束部と、前記収束部に設けられて多方向から前記ガスにミスト状の前記液体を噴射する噴射部と、を有する、請求項5又は請求項6のガス再利用装置。
- 前記粒子除去部に、前記ガスの流れを収束させる収束流路が設けられ、
前記粒子除去部は、前記収束流路を通った前記ガスが集まる場所を含む範囲に、ミスト状の前記液体を噴射する噴射部を有する、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一つのガス再利用装置。 - 前記粒子除去部に、前記ガスが流れる流路が設けられ、
前記粒子除去部は、前記流路において前記ガスが流れる方向と直交する方向よりも、前記ガスの流れの上流側に向く方向へミスト状の前記液体を噴射する噴射部を有する、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一つのガス再利用装置。 - 前記粒子除去部に、前記ガスが流れる流路が設けられ、
前記粒子除去部は、前記流路において前記ガスが流れる方向と直交する方向よりも、前記ガスの流れの下流側に向く方向へミスト状の前記液体を噴射する噴射部を有する、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一つのガス再利用装置。 - 粉末状の材料を積層するとともに、不活性ガス雰囲気中で前記材料を溶融又は焼結して造形物を造形する造形部と、
前記造形部から排出された粒子を含む前記不活性ガスにミスト状の液体を接触させ、前記粒子を含んで前記不活性ガスと混在した前記液体を前記不活性ガスから除去する粒子除去部と、
前記粒子除去部を通った前記不活性ガスから前記液体を除去する液体除去部と、
前記不活性ガスを前記造形部に供給する供給部と、
を具備し、
前記液体は、液化した前記不活性ガスである、
積層造形装置。 - 前記不活性ガスが窒素である請求項11の積層造形装置。
- 処理室において、粉末状の材料を積層するとともに、不活性ガス雰囲気中で前記材料を溶融又は焼結して造形物を造形する工程と、
前記処理室から排出されるとともに粒子を含む前記不活性ガスに、液化した前記不活性ガスであるミスト状の液体を接触させ、前記粒子を含んで前記不活性ガスと混在した前記液体を前記不活性ガスから除去する工程と、
ミスト状の前記液体に接触した前記不活性ガスから前記液体を除去する工程と、
前記不活性ガスを前記処理室に供給する工程と、
を具備する積層造形方法。
