Description

Claims (45)
- 組織部位に減圧を分配するドレッシングにおいて、当該ドレッシングが、
液体不透過性であり、積層された関係で配置された少なくとも2つの層であって、各層が当該層を通して少なくとも1以上の窓を有する少なくとも2つの層と、
少なくとも2つの前記層を結合する複数の接合部であって、当該接合部が、隣接する層の一部を相対的にずらして間隔を空けて複数の流路を形成しており、各接合部が、縦寸法と横寸法と上下寸法とを有し、前記縦寸法と前記横寸法のアスペクト比が3を超える複数の接合部と、
を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記アスペクト比が6を超えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングが、さらに、少なくとも2つの前記層の間に配置された第3の層であって、複数の前記接合部によって少なくとも2つの前記層に結合されている第3の層を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項3に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第3の層が、当該第3の層を通して1以上の窓を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、少なくとも2つの前記層の少なくとも一方の層が、少なくとも2つの前記層の他方の層と反対側にある前記一方の層の表面に形成された1以上の微小応力誘因要素を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。

- 組織部位に減圧を分配するシステムにおいて、当該システムが、
減圧源と、
前記減圧源と流体的に連結している導管と、
前記導管によって前記減圧源と流体的に連結するように構成されたドレッシングと、を具え、
前記ドレッシングが、
液体不透過性である少なくとも一つの層であって、当該層を通して1以上の窓を有する層を具え、
少なくとも一つの前記層が、1以上の折目を形成することにより、実質的な湾曲部を有する表面に適合するように構成されており、1以上の前記折り目が、流体の移動を促進するように構成された1以上のマイクロチャネルを形成していることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項25に記載のシステムにおいて、少なくとも一つの前記層が円形であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項25に記載のシステムにおいて、少なくとも一つの前記層が第1の層を具え、
前記ドレッシングが、さらに、
液体不透過性である第2の層であって、当該第2の層を通して1以上の窓を有する第2の層と、
前記第1の層を前記第2の層に結合する複数の接合部であって、各接合部が隣の接合部と離間して長手方向を有しており、隣り合う一対の接合部が、少なくとも一つのフローチャネルを形成する複数の接合部と、
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項27に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の層と前記第2の層が、円形状と、同一の広がりとを有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項27に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記第1の層と前記第2の層が、それぞれ窓がない部分を含み、
前記窓がない部分は、同一の広がりであり、
前記ドレッシングが、さらに、
前記第1の層と前記第2の層とを結合するチャネル形成接合部であって、当該チャネル形成接合部が、前記窓がない部分と窓を有する部分との間に配置されて、液体送達路を形成するチャネル形成接合部と、
前記第1の層に形成され、前記液体送達路と流体連通している液体開口部と、を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項29に記載のシステムが、さらに、前記液体開口部に流体的に連結するように構成された流体源を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位に減圧を分配するドレッシングにおいて、当該ドレッシングが、
第1の窓を有する第1の液体不透過性層と、
第2の窓を有する第2の液体不透過性層と、
前記第1の液体不透過性層と前記第2の液体不透過性層との間に配置された複数のスペーサであって、複数の当該スペーサが、前記第1の液体不透過性層と前記第2の液体不透過性層との間の分離を提供し、前記第1の窓と前記第2の窓との間の流路を画定するスペーサと、
を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項31に記載のドレッシングであって、複数の前記スペーサが、前記第1の液体不透過性層と前記第2の液体不透過性層との間に接合部を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項31に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第1の液体不透過性層と前記第2の液体不透過性層との少なくとも一方が、ポリマーフィルムを具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 組織部位に減圧を分配するドレッシングにおいて、当該ドレッシングが、
液体不透過性の材料から形成された第1の層であって、当該第1の層を通して延びる第1の窓を有する第1の層と、
液体不透過性の材料から形成された第2の層であって、当該第2の層を通して延びる第2の窓を有する第2の層と、
前記第1の層を前記第2の層に接合箇所において結合する複数の接合部であって、前記接合箇所が、隣り合う接合箇所の間で前記第1の層と前記第2の層の部分を画定し、少なくとも一組の前記第1の窓と第2の窓が、隣り合う接合箇所の間に配置されて、前記第1の窓と第2の窓との間の流路を画定する接合部と、を具え、
前記ドレッシングが前記組織部位に配置されて前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけた場合に、流体が、前記第1の層と、前記第2の層と、前記流路とを通って流れることを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項34に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけたときに、前記第1の層と第2の層の前記部分が、前記流路を閉じないで互いに近づくよう移動することを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項34に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけたときに流路が閉じるのを防止するように、前記第1の層と第2の層の前記部分が十分に硬いことを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項34に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけたときに流路が閉じるのを防止するように、前記接合部が、前記第1の層と第2の層の前記部分を硬くしていることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項34に記載のドレッシングが、さらに、前記第1の層と第2の層との間に配置された第3の層を具え、当該第3の層が、複数の前記接合部によって前記第1の層と第2の層に結合されていることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項38に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第3の層が、液体不透過性の材料から形成されていることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項38に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第3の層が、さらに、隣り合う接合箇所の間に配置されて前記第3の層を通して延びる1以上の窓を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項34に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第1および第2の層の少なくとも一方の層が、さらに、前記第1および第2の層の他方の層と反対側にある前記一方の層の表面に形成された微小応力誘因要素を具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項41に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記微小応力誘因要素が、ボタンおよび突出した柱のうちの少なくとも一つを具えることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 請求項34に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第1および第2の層のいずれか一方の厚さが可変であることを特徴とするドレッシング。
- 組織部位に減圧を分配するドレッシングにおいて、当該ドレッシングが、
液体不透過性の材料から形成された第1の層であって、当該第1の層を通して延びる第1の窓を有する第1の層と、
液体不透過性の材料から形成された第2の層であって、当該第2の層を通して延びる第2の窓を有する第2の層と、
前記第1の層と第2の層の間に配置された複数のスペーサであって、複数の当該スペーサが、前記第1の層と第2の層との間の分離を提供し、前記第1の窓と第2の窓との間の流路を画定するスペーサと、を具え、
前記ドレッシングを前記組織部位に配置して前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけた場合に、流体が、前記第1の層と、前記第2の層と、前記流路とを通って流れることを特徴とするドレッシング。 - 請求項44に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレッシングに減圧をかけたときに、前記第1の層と第2の層の一部が、前記流路を閉じないで互いに近づくよう移動することを特徴とするドレッシング。
