Claims (13)
- 組織部位の負圧治療を監視するためのシステムであって、
負圧源と、
前記負圧源へ結合されるとともに、前記負圧源の運用データを送信するように構成された通信装置と、
前記負圧源へ流体接続されるとともに、負圧を配給するために前記組織部位上に配置されるようにされた包帯と、
を含み、前記通信装置は、
前記負圧源から運用データを受信するように構成された受信器と、
前記運用データを処理して1つまたは複数の第1の使用統計値を計算するように構成されたプロセッサと、
遠隔監視センタに前記1つまたは複数の第1の使用統計値を送信して、所定のプロトコルの準拠性のレベルを示す警告信号を送信するように構成された送信器とを含み、
前記遠隔監視センタは、前記負圧源に関連する利用者に利用者メッセージを送信し、
前記プロセッサは、前記遠隔監視センタが前記利用者メッセージを送信した後、前記運用データを処理して、1つまたは複数の第2の使用統計値を計算するように構成され、

- 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、前記利用データは、17時間/日の閾値を満たすかどうかを判断するために用いられることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、前記利用データは、19時間/日の閾値を満たすかどうかを判断するために用いられることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記運用データは前記負圧源のオンおよびオフ状態であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記運用データを表示するように構成された電子ディスプレイをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記電子ディスプレイはユーザが前記運用データの伝達を制御できるように構成されたタッチスクリーンディスプレイであることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記電子ディスプレイは警告指標を表示するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記警告指標は電池レベル、流体閉塞、または容器充填レベルのうちの少なくとも1つへリンクされることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記通信装置はセルラモデムを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記通信装置はパーソナルエリアネットワーク上で通信するように構成されたラジオを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
