- 組織部位の負圧治療を監視するためのシステムであって、
負圧源と、
前記負圧源へ流体接続されるとともに、負圧を配給するために前記組織部位上に配置されるようにされた包帯と、
前記負圧源へ結合されるとともに、前記負圧源の運用データを送信するように構成された通信装置とを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記通信装置は前記負圧源内に閉じ込められることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記負圧源と前記包帯へ流体接続されるとともに流体を収集するように構成された容器をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。

前記通信装置はさらに、
前記負圧源から運用データを受信するように構成された受信器と、
1つまたは複数の利用統計値を計算するために前記運用データを処理するように構成されたプロセッサと、
所定プロトコルの準拠のレベルを示す警告信号を提供するために前記1つまたは複数の利用統計値を遠隔受信器へ送信するように構成された送信器とを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記1つまたは複数の利用統計値は前記負圧源の利用時間が閾値を満たすかどうかを示すことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約14時間/日〜22時間/日の範囲であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約14時間/日であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約16時間/日であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約18時間/日であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記通信装置は前記遠隔受信器からデータを受信するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記運用データは前記負圧源のオンおよびオフ状態であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 組織部位を治療するための負圧装置であって、前記組織部位と流体接続するようにされた負圧源と、前記負圧源へ結合されるとともに、前記負圧源の運用データを送信するように構成された通信装置とを含む負圧装置において、
前記運用データは前記負圧装置の利用時間が閾値を満たすかどうかを示す、ことを特徴とする負圧装置。 - 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記運用データを表示するように構成された電子ディスプレイをさらに含むことを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項15に記載の負圧装置において、前記電子ディスプレイはユーザが前記運用データの伝達を制御できるように構成されたタッチスクリーンディスプレイであることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記電子ディスプレイは警告指標を表示するようにさらに構成されることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項17に記載の負圧装置において、前記警告指標は前記負圧装置の利用時間へリンクされることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項17に記載の負圧装置において、前記警告指標は電池レベル、流体閉塞、または容器充填レベルのうちの少なくとも1つへリンクされることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記通信装置はセルラモデムを含むことを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記通信装置はパーソナルエリアネットワーク上で通信するように構成されたラジオを含むことを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記閾値は患者または介護人から受信される信号に基づき設定されることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項14に記載の負圧装置において、前記閾値は約14時間/日〜22時間/日の範囲であることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項23に記載の負圧装置において、前記閾値は約15時間/日であることを特徴とする負圧装置。
- 請求項23に記載の負圧装置において、前記閾値は約17時間/日であることを特徴とする負圧装置。

包帯を前記組織部位へあてがう工程と、
負圧源を前記包帯へ結合する工程と、
負圧を前記包帯へ印加する工程と、
前記負圧の前記印加に関係する運用データを送信する工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項27に記載の方法において、前記送信された前記運用データを遠隔受信器において受信する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項28に記載の方法において、前記受信された運用データは前記負圧源の利用データを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項27に記載の方法において、前記運用データは前記負圧が包帯へ印加されると送信されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項27に記載の方法において、前記運用データは前記包帯へ印加されている負圧の終わりに当たり収集され送信されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項28に記載の方法において、遠隔受信器からデータを受信する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項27に記載の方法において、前記運用データは前記負圧源の利用時間が閾値を満たすかどうかを示すことを特徴とする方法。

- 請求項39に記載の方法において、前記操作パラメータは負圧測定結果を含むことを特徴とする方法。

前記組織部位へ負圧を提供するように構成された負圧源を活性化する工程と、
前記負圧源の利用時間に関係するデータを送信する工程と、
前記利用時間が閾値未満であると判断する工程と、
前記利用時間が前記閾値未満であるということをシグナリングするために警告を発生する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項43に記載の方法において、前記閾値は約14時間/日〜22時間/日の範囲であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項44に記載の方法において、前記閾値は約17時間/日であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項43に記載の方法において、前記利用時間は2日以上の1日当たり平均時間であることを特徴とする方法。
- 組織部位を治療する方法であって、
負圧源を活性化する工程と、
前記負圧源の利用時間に関係するデータを遠隔ユーザへ送信する工程と、
前記利用時間に関係するデータに基づき閾値を発生する工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項47に記載の方法において、前記閾値は前記利用時間より大きい1日当たり時間数であることを特徴とする方法。

負圧傷療ユニットと、
前記負圧傷療ユニットへ流体接続された包帯と、
前記負圧傷療ユニットへ結合されるとともに、前記負圧傷療ユニットの運用データを送信するように構成された通信装置と、
前記通信装置から送信された運用データを受信するように構成された受信ユニットを含むシステムにおいて、
前記受信ユニットは、前記負圧傷療ユニットの利用時間が閾値を満たすかどうかの出力判断を提供するために前記運用データを処理するように構成されたプロセッサを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項50に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約14時間/日〜22時間/日の範囲であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項51に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閾値は約16時間/日であることを特徴とするシステム。
