Description
テトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサンを直鎖のビニル末端ポリオルガノシロキサンであるDMS−V03(Gelest Inc.,MW500,DP5)と2:1の当量比で混合した後、ボルテックスミキサーを用いてよく混ぜ合わせた。前記混合物をD−glass系ガラス繊維(Nittobo社製造,製品名3313)に含浸した後、離型処理がされたガラス基板間に入れ、粘度が増加するまで常温で24時間放置した。その後、上段面をガラス基板で覆い、ラミネーターを用いて余分な樹脂を除去し、100℃のオーブンで4時間熱硬化して透明なシリコーン複合シートを生成した。
ビニル末端ポリオルガノシロキサンとして、DMS−V03の代わりにDMS−V05(Gelest Inc.,MW800,DP9)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に行った。
ビニル末端ポリオルガノシロキサンとして、DMS−V03の代わりにDMS−V21(Gelest Inc.,MW6000,DP65)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に行った。
Dow Corning社で製造したポリオルガノシロキサンであるSylgard184 AパートとBパートを1:10の質量比で混合した後、ボルテックスミキサーを用いてよく混ぜ合わせた。前記混合物をE−glass系ガラス繊維(Nittobo社製造,製品名3313)に含浸した後、離型処理がされたガラス基板間に入れ、ラミネーターを用いて余分な樹脂を除去した後、100℃のオーブンで4時間熱硬化して透明なシリコーン複合シートを生成した。
ビニル末端ポリオルガノシロキサンとして、テトラビニルテトラメチルシクロテトラシロキサンを使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に行った。
(1)熱安定性:Mettler toledo社のTGA/DSC1 Thermogravimetric Analysisを用いて50mgのサンプルをロードした後、25℃〜350℃の温度区間を5℃/分の条件で窒素雰囲気下において昇温し、質量減量を測定した。初期質量と、250℃の場合、300℃の場合、及び350℃の場合のそれぞれに対して質量を測定し、下記数式によって質量変化率(△W)を求めた。
Claims (8)
- マトリックス;及び
前記マトリックス内に含浸された補強材;
を含む複合シートであり、
下記数式1による350℃における質量変化率(△W)が98%以上であり、100μNで測定した緩和弾性率が1000MPa以下であることを特徴とし:
前記マトリックスは、環状シロキサンと直鎖の末端ビニル基含有ポリシロキサンの反応物を含み、前記直鎖の末端ビニル基含有ポリシロキサンは、下記式2で表される化合物であって、前記環状シロキサンと前記直鎖の末端ビニル基含有ポリシロキサンのモル当量比は、0.5:1〜2.5:1であることを特徴とする、複合シート:
- 550nm波長における透過度が90%以上である、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- ASTM D522による耐屈曲性が5mm未満であり、熱膨張係数(CTE)が10ppm/K未満である、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 前記補強材は、ガラス繊維布(glass fiber cloth)、ガラス織物(glass fibric)、ガラス不織布及びガラスメッシュ(glass mesh)からなる群から選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合シート。
- 請求項1に記載の複合シートを含むディスプレイ基板。
