Claims (9)
- 既存のボトルに取り付けるための受動バルブ(passive valve)密閉機構(closure)であって、
カラーであって、
上端部と、下端部と、既存のボトルのネックを受容するのに十分な大きさの直径とを有するスカート部と、
上端部と、下端部と、前記スカート部の前記直径より小さい直径とを有する円筒形状部と、
前記スカート部の前記上端部を前記円筒形状部の前記下端部に連結し、バネ機構が取付けられた水平肩部と、
内部プラットフォームであって、
中央部(core)と、
前記中央部の周囲に離間して設けられた複数の出口ポートと、
先細のバルブシール部の基部(stem)を受容するように構成された中央通路と
を有する前記内部プラットフォームと、
を有し、
前記複数の出口ポートの各々は、前記中央通路、前記円筒形状部、および前記スカート部によって共有される中心軸と平行な長手方向の軸を有するものである、
前記カラーと、
プランジャーであって、
前記密閉機構の中心線から径方向外側に向かって延在するフランジと、
外郭構造(shell)であって、
環状上部を有する上端部と、
下端部と、
前記円筒形状部の前記直径より大きく、前記スカート部の前記直径より小さい直径と

前記円形状係止部の前記下部直径は前記十字型シャフトの上端部に連結されるものであり、前記十字型シャフトの前記下端部は前記基部の前記上端部に連結されるものであり、前記基部の下端部は終点ノブに連結されるものである、
前記先細のバルブシール部と、
を有する受動バルブ密閉機構。 - 請求項1に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記スカート部はさらに既存のボトルの相補的な連結手段と係合するよう構成された連結手段を有する内部表面を有するものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項1に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記十字型シャフトの前記下端部は先細りになっているものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項1に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記終端ノブは前記中央通路より大きい直径を有するものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項1に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記基部は、前記カラーに対して上下方向への動きを許容する既定の長さを有するものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項5に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記バネ機構は下向き方向への既定の長さの圧縮を許容するものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項6に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記バネ機構に対して定められた前記既定の長さは前記基部の既定の長さより大きいものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項1に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記スカート部はさらに計量カップの相補的な相手部材であるキャップラグと係合するためのスカート部ラグを有する外部を有するものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
- 請求項8に記載の受動バルブ密閉機構であって、前記キャップラグは前記計量カップの側壁に沿い、前記計量カップの下壁から少し離れて配置され、倒立状態の計量カップの前記キャップラグが前記スカート部のラグと係合するには、前記先細のバルブシール部に圧縮力を加えることを必要とするものである、受動バルブ密閉機構。
