Claims (8)
- 付加製造システムを用いて少なくとも1つの位置決め要素(12)を有する第1のサブコンポーネント(10)を付加製造し、それにより、前記少なくとも1つの位置決め要素(12)の第1の位置を位置決めするために前記付加製造システムの制御システム(230)を使用する、付加製造ステップと、
前記位置決めに基づき、第2のサブコンポーネント(20)の一部を選択的に前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)の前記少なくとも1つの位置決め要素(12)に隣接して配置する選択的配置ステップと、
前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)をある領域(30)で前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)に取り付け、それによりコンポーネント(100)を形成する取付けステップであって、前記領域(30)が前記付加製造システムの前記制御システム(230)からの位置決めに基づく、取付けステップと
を含む方法であって、前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)が付加製造され、前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)及び前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)が共通のビルドチャンバ(240)内の共有のビルドプレート(200)上で付加製造され、
前記付加製造ステップが、前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)及び前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)をモノリシックワークピースとして付加製造するステップを含む、方法。 - 前記取付けステップが、レーザ(220)による熱溶接(210)を行うステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的配置ステップが、前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)を前記モノリシックワークピースから前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)へ向けて回転させるステップを更に含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記回転中に前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)が前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)に取り付けられたままである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記付加製造ステップ、前記選択的配置ステップ及び前記取付けステップが共通のビルドチャンバ(240)内で行なわれる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記付加製造ステップが直接金属レーザ溶融(DMLM)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの位置決め要素(12)が少なくとも1つの支持要素を更に含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的配置ステップが、前記第2のサブコンポーネント(20)を前記第1のサブコンポーネント(10)上に手動で或いはロボットにより配置するステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
