Claims (6)
- 2つの金属部品の溶接方法であって、
2つの金属部品が溶接位置において互いに接して配置され、2つの部品がそれらの溶接面に沿ってそれぞれ表面接触し、少なくとも1つの部品がその溶接面に沿って少なくとも1つの厚肉部分を含む一定でない厚みを有しており、
TIG溶接が、金属部品の溶接面(v)上でTIG溶接トーチを用いて実行され、
浸透溶接フラックスが、TIG溶接ステップに先だって金属部品の前記厚肉部分上にのみ塗布される、前記方法。 - TIG溶接トーチが、TIG溶接ステップの間、一定電力で作動する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 浸透溶接フラックスが金属部品の肉厚部分上に正確に堆積されるのを可能とするように配設された金属部品にマスクが塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- TIG溶接トーチが、被覆されたゾーンに沿って第1の速度で、浸透溶接フラックスがないゾーン上では第2の速度で動かされ、第1及び第2の速度が一定である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- TIG溶接トーチが、被覆されたゾーンと浸透溶接フラックスがない隣接ゾーンとの間の遷移ゾーン上では、前記第1及び第2の速度と異なる速度で動かされる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 浸透溶接フラックスのいかなる残留物の跡も除去することを可能とする機械的スカーリングステップが、溶接された部品上で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
