- 前記ろう材料(70)が、982℃~1287℃の範囲内の液相温度を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記ろう材料(70)が、0.00254mm~1.524mmの範囲内の厚さを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- ガスタービン部品(62)の凹面(72)にろう材料(70)を配置するステップと、
前記ろう材料(70)にプレート(76)を配置するステップであって、前記プレート(76)の内面(78)が前記ろう材料(70)に近接し、前記プレート(76)が前記内面(78)の反対側の外面(96)を備える、ステップと、
前記プレート(76)の外面(96)に溶加材(94)を施工するために前記溶加材(94)を加熱するステップであって、前記プレート(76)が、前記ろう材料(70)及び前記ガスタービン部品(62)から前記溶加材(94)を分離しており、前記溶加材(94)を施工する際の熱が前記プレート(76)を加熱するように構成される、ステップと、
前記プレート(76)を通して伝達される熱によって、前記ガスタービン部品(62)の凹面(72)を前記ろう材料(70)で前記プレート(76)の内面(78)と接合するステップと
を含む、方法(110)。 - 前記溶加材(94)を加熱するステップが、前記ろう材料(70)を間接的に加熱しかつ前記プレート(76)を前記ガスタービン部品(62)に接合するために、溶接経路(110)に沿って前記プレート(76)の外面(96)に前記溶加材(94)を溶接するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法(110)。
- 前記溶加材(94)を加熱し、前記ガスタービン部品(62)の凹面(72)を前記ろう材料(70)で前記プレート(76)の内面(78)に接合しながら、前記ガスタービン部品(62)の凹面(72)の温度が熱しきい値未満に維持される、請求項12に記載の方法(110)。
