- 前記ろう付け材料は、ろう付けフィラー材料と、ニッケル基金属フィラーのろう付け粉末とを含む、請求項10に記載の構成要素(40)。
- 前記ろう付け材料は、第1の融点を有する第1の材料と、第2の融点を有する第2の材料とを含み、前記第1の融点は、前記第2の融点よりも低い、請求項10に記載の構成要素(40)。
