Claims (10)
- 第一の方向に沿って平行に配置された複数の第一の電極と、
前記複数の第一の電極にそれぞれ接続された複数の第一の配線と、
前記複数の第一の電極と絶縁され、前記複数の第一の電極と交差し、第二の方向に沿って平行に配置された複数の第二の電極と、
前記複数の第二の電極にそれぞれ接続された複数の第二の配線と、
前記複数の第一の電極及び前記複数の第二の電極から絶縁されたスイッチ電極と、
前記スイッチ電極に接続された第三の配線と、を備え、
前記第一の電極と前記第二の電極とが操作領域に配置された、タッチパネルにおいて、
前記複数の第二の配線、複数の前記スイッチ電極、および複数の前記第三の配線が、前記操作領域に対して前記第二の方向の少なくとも一方の外方位置に配置され、かつ前記複数
の第二の配線および前記複数の第三の配線は、前記第一の方向に向って伸びており、
さらに、前記スイッチ電極毎に孔を有するシールド部を配置して、前記シールド部で前記複数の第二の配線と前記複数の第三の配線と隣り合う前記スイッチ電極同士の間に応じた範囲とを前記操作領域の操作面側から覆っている、ことを特徴とする、
タッチパネル。 - 前記スイッチ電極は、同一面に形成された送信用の電極部と受信用の電極部とを有する構成である、請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記複数の第一の電極と、前記複数の第一の配線と、前記シールド部とは、同一面に形成されている、
