Description
−燃焼ガスが環状通路を通って予燃焼室ガスバルブへ流れ込む方式は、流れ特性の観点から好ましい、
−追加的なガス通路が存在しないコンパクトな配置による、バルブ本体の中実構造、
−(2つ以上の通路による)ガス供給路を通る横方向の吸気流であっても可能なバルブ下部空洞における対称性、および、
−設置に際して、長手軸に対する予燃焼室ガスバルブの角度位置を画定する必要がないこと。

Claims (7)
- 予燃焼室のガスバルブ(5)を受け入れるための空洞(7)を備えるシリンダヘッド(2)であって、
実質的にまたは完全に前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)を囲んで延びるリセスは、前記空洞(7)の壁(10)と共に、前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)を包囲する環状通路(13)を形成し、
前記環状通路(13)は、前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)へ燃焼ガスを供給するための少なくとも1つのガス供給路(12)へ連接され、
前記環状通路(13)は、少なくとも1つの傾斜したガス通路(20)によって前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)の下部空洞(21)と連接され、
前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)のバルブヘッドのシートと前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)の、予燃焼室(3)への開口との間、または前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)の前記バルブヘッドの前記シートと前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)の、予燃焼室(3)へ繋がる通路(8)への開口との間に、空間(23)が設けられ、
前記空間(23)は、前記予燃焼室(3)へ向かって狭まる略洋梨形の構造である
ことを特徴とする、シリンダヘッド(2)。 - 前記バルブ本体(24)の対称軸に対する前記ガス通路(2)の角度は、20゜から70゜までの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
- スパークプラグ・スリーブ(4)は、前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)と共に環状通路(13)を形成する前記空洞(7)の前記壁(10)が前記スパークプラグ・スリーブ(4)の壁によって形成されるように、前記シリンダヘッド(2)に嵌合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
- 前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)と共に環状通路(13)を形成する前記空洞(7)の前記壁(10)は、前記シリンダヘッド(2)自体の壁によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
- 前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)は、その外部輪郭において、前記環状通路(13)へ向かうフランクが前記環状通路(13)を画定し、かつその他方のフランクに、ボア(10)から前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)を密封するためのシーリング手段が当接する、少なくとも1つの突起(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
- スパークプラグ(6)は、前記シリンダヘッド(2)内に配置され、前記スパークプラグ(6)および前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)は、前記シリンダヘッド(2)の共通の空洞(7)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
- 前記スパークプラグ(6)および前記予燃焼室ガスバルブ(5)は、互いに通り抜け合うボア内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシリンダヘッド(2)。
