Claims (14)
- 1つ以上の単位セルを含む電極組立体が、電解液が含浸された状態で可変的なセルケースに内蔵されている電池セルであって、前記単位セルのうち少なくとも1つは、折り曲げ又は屈曲が可能な柔軟性電極(flexible electrode)を含み、前記柔軟性電極は、それの電極集電体が、電極活物質が塗布される第1面、及び第1面の対向面であって、電極活物質が塗布されていない第2面を含み、前記第2面には電極の柔軟性のためのパターン(pattern)が形成されており、
前記柔軟性電極は、電極集電体の第2面がセルケースの内面と当接するように、電極組立体の最外郭に位置し、
前記セルケースは、それの内面の一部に第2面のパターンに密着するためのシワ又はパターンが形成されており、
前記セルケースは、金属層と樹脂層を含むラミネートシートからなるパウチ型ケースであることを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体は、2つ以上の単位セルが順次積層されているか、または長いシート状の分離フィルムによってフォールディングされている構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記単位セルは、第1電極、分離膜及び第2電極が順に積層された構造のフルセル(full cell)、または第1電極、分離膜、第2電極、分離膜及び第1電極が順に積層された構造のバイセル(bi−cell)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記単位セルのうちの少なくとも1つは、第1電極又は第2電極が柔軟性電極からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記パターンは、陽刻又は陰刻、及び/又は多数の気孔を含む多孔性メッシュ構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陽刻又は陰刻は、一字状、格子状、または多角形から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記パターンは多孔性メッシュ構造であって、
前記多孔性メッシュ構造の気孔は、電極集電体を垂直に貫通する貫通孔、または電極集電体を厚さ方向に湾入した構造の湾入孔であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。 - 前記多孔性メッシュ構造は、気孔の直径が0.1mm〜1mmであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記多孔性メッシュ構造は、気孔の直径対比300%〜1000%の間隔で気孔が形成された形態であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記パターンは第2面の一部に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2面の一部は、柔軟性電極の電極タブが位置した端部及びその対向端部から第2面の全面積に対して1%〜90%の面積を除いた残りの第2面であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1に記載の電池セルを単位電池として含む、電池パック。
- 請求項12に記載の電池パックを電源として含んでいることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、タブレットPC、ネットブックから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
